But the truth remains . . .
You're gone . . .

Ch. 01

HeeJun couldn't believe it . . . The whole thing had finally ended . . . Just like that . . . Weeks and weeks of fighting . . . And KangTa had ended it, ended everything just with a flip of his wrist. Their relationship was over . . .

::Day Earlier::

"You're cheating aren't me! Aren't you?! Aren't you?!? I saw you with him!" Yelled HeeJun with a voice of pure anger and urgency. Unable to contain his emotions, he picked up a nearby flower vase and violently hurtled it against a wall. The vase upon impact, shattered into smithereens, luckily missing KangTa's head as he ducked for protection.

"What does it freakin matter to you?!?! You're never around! What am I supposed to do?!?! And what about that slut Tara?!?" KangTa screamed with a voice filled with just as much raw emotion as HeeJun's - Tears cascading down his red face-Plagued with regret and agony.

With a voice full of frustration, HeeJun replied,"God~You're NEVER gonna let that go! Are you! I told you I'm sorry! What else do you want me to do?! Damnit KangTa!!! I made a mistake and I paid for it!"

KangTa, quickly slipping on his shoes, answered back, "F-you HeeJun! I'm tired of all this crap! It's over! It's freakin over!" And with that, he simply walked out the door . . . Never turning back . . .

::Present::

It had hurt tremendously . . . Complete and utter torture would be the perfect way to describe it . . . Without KangTa, HeeJun had come to the conclusion that he was nothing. 'What's the point of living a life of sorrow? I'm just making everybody else f-ing miserable' Thought HeeJun to himself as he lay wide awake in bed. Two and a half months had passed since the fight - Hundreds of phone calls to his dear Taya had been made in attempt to "work things out," but his attempts were all in vain-Unsuccessful. KangTa had actually gone so far as to change his phone number-He even switched jobs. HeeJun could even remember how many times he had shown up at his office-Only to be turned down and humiliated by the snickering of Taya's former co-workers.

"I miss him so much . . . "Whispered HeeJun aloud as he hugged his former lover's pillow to his physically and mentally exhausted body. The fragrance of KangTa's angelic, beautiful body still lay deep in the bedsheets . . . A painful reminder to what he had lost-But at his own fault . . . HeeJun had refused to wash or rearrange anything that KangTa had happen to lay his gentle hands on. With a mournful whimper, he slowly shut his eyes as his body wracked with sobs . . . "I can't even cry anymore . . . See what he's done to me? God . . . I just want to die . . ." Moaned HeeJun yet again to himself.

Ch. 02

'I wonder how he's doing . . .' KangTa pondered as he cautiously took a sip of his steaming coffee. Cafés were one of the many places where the two men would often frequent. The environment was always so peaceful and relaxing . . . Nothing but the light chitchat of the other customers and the occasional hiss of the coffee machines. "Damnit-I gotta stop thinking in the past . . . " Mumbled the black-haired beauty to himself.

"Hey handsome!" Said a friendly voice - Startling KangTa so much, that he had accidentally spilled his coffee all over his lap.

"Sh**!" Yelped KangTa as he leaped from his chair, his pants were completely soaked through - And not to mention the painful burning sensation that had just kicked in. "Ahhh~Crap-crap-crap-crap!" Cried KangTa as he grabbed a wad of napkins out of a nearby dispenser and began to wipe the brown liquid off his drenched clothing.

The unexpected guest gasped, "Oh my gosh! Mian hae - Mian hae!" as he rushed in to help clean off KangTa. "Are you okay? Are you okay?" The guest worriedly questioned.

"I'm fine. I'm fine JaeWon. Just don't EVER do that again! God . . . " KangTa replied as he continued to wipe off his pants.

"I just couldn't help it though - You looked so solemn." Joked JaeWon as he then continued to do an impersonation of KangTa's solemn facial expression.

"Oh shutup!" Exclaimed KangTa. "Let's just get outta here. People are beginning to stare." He added as he began to put on his jacket and wool scarf.

"Why wouldn't they stare though? You look hilarious! Somebody needs to start wearing grownup diapers . . ." JaeWon mischievously remarked as he left to throw away the large pile of soaked napkins that had built up.

"What were you doing there anyway? You're not really a big coffee drinker." Remarked KangTa as he fiddled with the tassels on his gray scarf. Tony had given it to him as a Christmas gift about two years ago . . . When him and HeeJun were still a couple. Both of them had decided to head over to the nearby park. Which was completely deserted considering that it was still "school hours".

"I was on my way to the bookstore when I saw ya in there. Just thought I'd see how everything was going . . ." JaeWon's tone changed drastically as he then added, "We're getting worried about you . . . I mean the guys and I . . . Don't you think this is stupid? I mean sure, you two have had your share of fights, but- "

"If you're going to lecture me about my private affairs - Then please just leave." KangTa interrupted as he blankly stared into JaeWon's worried eyes.

"But hyung, we're just-"

KangTa's once blank face then turned to a look of frustration and anger as he replied, "You're just worried about me. And I appreciate it. But I'm sick and tired about being told what to do everytime something wrong happens. And I'm sick of everybody thinking 'JunTa' is forever! Sh** happens!!! Just let me handle it!" And with that comment, he rose to his feet and hurriedly just walked away.
