     У Come on, letТs go.Ф Kangta practically dragged Melissa out of the door. У I am so tired. I donТt even feel like walking.Ф Melissa grumbled. У Of course you are tired, you didnТt even sleep a wink last night. I am as tired as you, but we still have to face the reality.Ф Kangta lectured.
У Yes father.Ф Melissa said as she tried to catch up with Kangta.

     У Hi! Why are you guys so late today?Ф Min asked. У We couldnТt get to sleep last night.Ф Kangta explained. У Then what were you guys doing?Ф Tony asked, giving Kangta a sly look. У Stop thinking dirty.Ф Melissa said as she whacked Tony on the head. У ThatТs a nice chain you are wearing.Ф Woohyuk pointed out.

      У Oh, the chain? Kangta gave it to me.Ф Melissa said happily. У ItТs nice isnТt it?Ф she asked. У Did you two woke up on the wrong side of the bed today or is it that my ears have problem?Ф Hee Jun asked. У Something is not rightЕФ Jae Won grinned slyly.

Have you decided to be a gay?Ф Woohyuk asked as he handed the 5 bucks to Tony. У Are you touched Kangta? I know you sooo well.Ф Tony said.

     У You guys are just unbelievable!Ф Kangta laughed.

      Was there really nothing between them?

     У What are you eating?Ф Kangta asked. У Oh hi, youТre home. This? CanТt you see? ItТs cup noodles of course. Ф Melissa said. У YouТve been eating this for dinner all this while?Ф Kangta asked. У What else can I eat? Shit?Ф Melissa laughed.

     У I have something for you then. IТve bought some stuff home.Ф Kangta said. Melissa looked into the plastic bag. У Yum! This is from С Home cookedТ.Ф Melissa pointed out. У Well, if you donТt want to eat, itТs okay.Ф Kangta said. У Of course I want! ItТs been a long time since I ate home cooked food. I have been eating cup noodles for decades.Ф Melissa said dramatically.

     У You can have it all then.Ф Kangta laughed. У Wait a minute. There is only one packet. Have you eaten?Ф Melissa asked. У Of course I have.Ф Kangta lied.

     He felt sorry for Melissa. To eat cup noodles practically everyday was hell. He didnТt mind giving up his dinner. У Thanks then.Ф Melissa smiled as she began to open the packet. Then, she heard something grumbling. У Kangta, you haven eaten?Ф Melissa asked suspiciously. У Well.. I..Ф

     У LetТs share this then!Ф Melissa said enthusiastically. To Melissa, that was the best meal she had ever eaten. У Kangta is such a good brother.Ф Melissa smiled happily.

     У If only we knew there was no tomorrow..Ф Kangta and Melissa sang the last line of the song. У Wow! I am impressed. That was great!Ф Woohyuk praised. The two were rehearsing in front of the group. У Yeah! You guys make a good couple.Ф Tony joked. У Well, it probably wouldnТt sound good without Kangta. I donТt really sing well.Ф Melissa said modestly.

     У Stop being modest.Ф Kangta gave a pat on her head. У You sang pretty well.Ф he said truthfully.

     Min felt a twinge of jealously. They did sound good together, but that doesnТt make them a good couple. Or does it?

     У Min, are you okay?Ф Hee Jun asked, as they were walking home together. У Yeah, I am okay.Ф Min lied. She was not feeling fine. She was going crazy. She was going crazy worrying that Kangta might fall for Melissa. У Min, you are lying.Ф Hee Jun said.

    У Tell me whatТs wrong.Ф Hee Jun asked, concerned. У Oh oppa, do you think Kangta would fall for Melissa? He seems to treat her very well.Ф Min confessed, with tears welling up in her eyes.       У I really like him oppa, I am like at the point of no return. I canТt turn back anymore. I have fallen into the deep pit. Ф Min said.

     У Daddy, where is mummy going?Ф Melissa asked. У Daddy is bringing mummy somewhere to rest. Daddy would be back soon. Now, be a good girl and stay with Aunt Soon.Ф Daddy said. У What about mummy? Is she coming back too?Ф Melissa asked. У Now, run along. DonТt ask so many questions.Ф Daddy ordered.

     У Mummy! Why are you looking so white? Mummy! Mummy! Is it very hot? Why are you sweating?Ф Melissa was full of questions. У Stop disturbing your mother Melissa.Ф Daddy said. У But.. but why isnТt mummy answering me?Ф Melissa asked. У Mummy is very tired. We need to go now. Be good.Ф Daddy said as he carried mummy out.

     У Mummy! Are you okay?Ф Melissa asked. She was in a room and her mother was lying on a bed, her body motionless. У Melissa, mummy is dead.Ф Daddy said softly. У No! Mummy is not dead! She promised to take me to Disneyland!Ф Melissa shouted. У Melissa, mummy is already dead!Ф Daddy said, with tears in his eyes.

      Two nurses in white came into the room and took her mother out. У NO!!! DonТt take my mummy! DonТt !! Mummy! I promise I wouldnТt make you angry again! I promise! Please come back!Ф Melissa cried as she tried to stop the nurses from taking her mother away.

   У Mummy!!!!!!Ф Melissa screamed. Kangta rushed into the room. У Are you okay?Ф Kangta asked, concerned. У My mother..Ф Melissa cried before she collapsed into kangtaТs embrace, weeping. Kangta was confused. He didnТt know what was going on, but he could tell that Melissa was badly upset.

     All he could do was to lend her a shoulder to cry on. He didnТt know how long it was, but she cried and wept for quite a long time before it died to soft sobs. У Was it a bad dream?Ф Kangta asked softly. There was no answer.

     He looked at Melissa and found that she was already asleep. He didnТt dare to move, as he was afraid that he might wake her up. He looked at her soft delicate face, streaked with tears. He stroked her soft hair gently.

     He wondered what happened. Why was he so worried about her? Why did the look of her upset face sent a shiver of pain through his heart? Why was he so afraid that something bad might happened to her?

     Has he unknowingly, fallen for her?

     Melissa woke up. Her eyes hurt. She looked up and saw Kangta asleep. У I have been sleeping on his shoulder again.Ф she smiled as she shook her head. She felt much better. У Poor thing. He has been sleeping like that for the whole night.Ф Melissa said softly.

      У He must be confused about what happened.Ф She was actually very grateful to Kangta for being there. She felt comfortable in his embrace. Did her heart just skip a beat when she was near him?

     Kangta stirred and opened his eyes. He found Melissa looking at him. У Good morning. Are you feeling better?Ф Kangta asked, concerned. У Thank you for being there last night.Ф Melissa smiled.

     У What a beautiful smile.Ф Kangta couldnТt help thinking. He stretched himself. His whole body was aching. У IТm sorry, your body must be aching.Ф Melissa said, as if she could read his mind. У Let me help you massage!Ф Melissa said cheerfully. У Ouch.. that hurts!Ф Kangta complained.

     У Are you really okay?Ф Kangta asked, searching for the answer in her eyes. У I guess I do owe you some explanation.Ф Melissa said. У Well, I dreamt about my mum last night.Ф Melissa confessed. У You miss her?Ф Kangta asked. У Yes, but she is dead.Ф Melissa said painfully. There was silence. У I am sorry.Ф Kangta apologised. УNo! DonТt be. I am just glad you were there.Ф Melissa smiled.

     Would there be love between them?

     У Are you okay? Why are your eyes swollen?Ф Woohyuk questioned. У DonТt tell me, Kangta bullied you?Ф Tony asked. У Hey! I am innocent!Ф Kangta protested. У No, itТs not him. I just had a bad dream last night.Ф Melissa explained. У Feeling better?Ф Jae Won asked. УSure. Thanks guys.Ф Melissa smiled. У IТve got to get some stuff from my locker. See you guys later!Ф Kangta called out as he went off.

     У Hi Kangta!Ф Min said as she approached him. У You see, my friend passed me two tickets to a movie and I was wondering if you could watch it with me. Here is the ticket. IТll meet you tomorrow at Golden Village at 7!Ф Min said and left quickly after she passed him the ticket. У Wait!Ф Kangta called, but it was too late. Min was already gone.

     У Melissa! IТve asked Kangta out!Ф Min said excitedly. У Really!Ф Melissa was surprised. У HeТs going?Ф Melissa asked. У Should be, I didnТt give him the time to answer me, I left after telling him.Ф Min laughed. У Oh, arenТt you tricky.Ф Melissa laughed. У Do you think I shall tell him that I like him on that day? IТll be so happy if he accepts me. Do you think he likes me too?Ф Min asked excitedly. У Oh.. um.. Sure!Ф Melissa said.

Should I go?Ф Kangta asked, hoping that she would say no. У Well, why not? ItТs just a movie. So.. are you going?Ф Melissa asked, hoping his answer was no.       У WHAT? Min asked you out? This is news man!Ф Tony laughed. У Should I go?Ф asked Kangta. УGo then, itТll be a good chance for love to develop, what a romantic love story!Ф Tony said enthusiastically. У Okay, IТve got a more serious thing to tell you.Ф Kangta said.       Melissa paced around in her room. Why? Why was she hoping that Kangta would not go? What was happening? Her mind was in a mess. She did want Kangta and Min to be together in the first place, and now that it is going to happen, why is she feeling uncomfortable about the whole thing?

     Melissa knocked on the door. У Oh itТs you, I guess you canТt sleep again huh?Ф Kangta asked. У Yep.Ф Melissa smiled. She was used to going to Kangta when she couldnТt get to sleep. У So.. Are you going tomorrow?Ф Melissa asked curiously. У Yeah, itТs only a movie anyway.Ф Kangta said. У I see.Ф Melissa said, trying to be cheerful. Why was she hurting inside?

     У So.. Treat her well.Ф Melissa said. У What? Treat her well? I am just going to watch a movie with her, not going to marry her or anything.Ф Kangta laughed. У Well, who knows..Ф Melissa said playfully. У You want to come along?Ф Kangta offered. У No thanks. There are only two tickets, where would I be sitting then? On the floor?Ф Melissa joked.

     У I am going to be so bored tomorrow. What a bored weekend.Ф Melissa grumbled. У You can go out with the rest.Ф Kangta suggested. У Yeah.. maybe I should..Ф

     The bright sunlight rays shone on her delicate face and she woke up with a stir. У Oh, IТve fallen asleep in KangtaТs room. What a pig I am.Ф she laughed at herself. But where was Kangta? She went out of the room but Kangta was nowhere to be found. У HeТs probably went out already.Ф she shrugged.

     УRinGG!Ф the phone rang. У Hi!Ф Melissa answered the phone. У Hello, Woohyuk here, wanna come out today? I am like bored to death.Ф Woohyuk was on the other line. УSure! I was just waiting for someone to go out with.Ф Melissa laughed, and they arranged for a place to meet.

     Kangta returned home with a bouquet of flowers. He has decided. He wanted to make a confession. He has decided to tell Melissa how he feels and he hopes that she would accept him. He searched the whole house. Melissa was not at home.

     У What a perfect weather!Ф Melissa exclaimed. УYepФ Woohyuk said as they walked about into the mall. It has been a long time since she went out with Woohyuk. She was very close to Woohyuk in the past, they would share everything with each other and he was the best brother.

     Until Kangta moved into Korea, she became closer to Kangta, probably because they were staying together. У ItТs been a long time since weТve been out isnТt it?Ф Woohyuk asked, as if reading her mind. У I bet if I didnТt ask you out today, you would have forgotten who Woohyuk is.Ф Woohyuk joked. У Aww.. I wouldnТt oppa, you are still my greatest brother.Ф Melissa smiled.

     Kangta opened the door. У Hi Kangta!Ф Min said cheerfully. У I thought you might forget, so I thought IТll just drop by on the way and weТll go together.Ф Min said happily. У What? Flowers? Aww.. you shouldnТt have! Thanks. I love them.Ф Min said as she smelled the flowers.

    Kangta wanted to tell her that the flowers wasnТt meant to be for her, but seeing the happy look on her face, he didnТt have the heart to tell her that. With that, the both of them left the house.

      Melissa tossed around in her bed. She couldnТt get to sleep. Without thinking, she walked into KangtaТs room. She then remembered that Kangta was out. She sat on the sofa and waited for Kangta to be back.

     Soon, her eyes gave way and she fell asleepЕ
