Maxine "Max" Gibson
Max, a classmate and close confidant of Terry McGinnis, is the ultimate individual, a strong-willed African-American girl who marches and dresses to the beat of her own drum. Max is a computer wiz, especially adept at finding well-hidden and somewhat esoteric information on the Internet.
Max is the only person besides Bruce Wayne and Barbara Gordon, who knows the true identity of Batman. Max loves to help Batman by playing investigator. Max awaits the day when she can be a bigger part of the adventure.
