Shriek
A witty, intense man, Walter Shreeve was a genious sound engineer, hired by Derek Powers to create sound-based weapons. His ultimate creation: his own full-body sound-suit, in which he became Shriek. Using the suit, Shriek is able to manipulate sound waves with incredible power, able to level a city block with crushing waves, or cause the population of Gotham to believe they are hearing gibberish. Driven mad by Batman, who turned Shreeve's own technology against him to render him permanently deaf (unless he is wearing his suit), Shriek now uses his fearsome powers on a single-minded hunt for Batman's life
