Derek Powers has hired Inque, a treacherous shape-shifting femme fatale, to destroy his competition, Fox Tecca. Derek Powers has hired Inque because he wants a grant to cuild a spave station. Bruce Wayne sends Batman out to stop Inque from putting innocent lives in danger. Inque uses her shape shifting ability to stall away on the BatMobile. In the BatCave, Batman uses Mr. Freeze's ice gun to stop Inque. Batman delivers Inque to the police and has his first encounter with former Batgirl, Police Commissioner Barbara Gordon.
