A young girl appears in front of Terry pleading for his help. Batman soon learns the young psychically gifted girl is Tamara Caulder. She was kidnapped by the Brain Trust a highly secrative international group with super human abilities. Batman tries to rescue Tamara but in the end Tamara saves Batman by using her pschic abilities.
