"Kimahri..." Lulu began. Kimahri looked at Lulu. "You forgot to cut your hair." She smirked. Kimahri didn't respond.

Everyone was on the airship, and Lulu, Kimahri and Rikku were all in the cockpit area with Rikku's father, Cid.

"Kimahri will be fine." Kimahri stated. "You need to cut your hair, not just have that artificial horn on." She said placing both of her hands on her hips. "Let me cut it for you." Lulu said. "Kimahri fine, thank you anyway." He grumbled. "I promise it won't be bad. But this is a must. For Yuna's safety, Kimahri. As a guardian, you should realize that." She explained.

Kimahri paused.

"Fine. Kimahri accept." He replied reluctantly. Lulu smiled, and pulled some scissors from a pocket she had in her kimono, which were wrapped in thick plastic for safety precautions. "Rikku..." Lulu began, looking towards Rikku who was helping to control the Celsius, which was the airship they were presently on. "Yeppers?" Rikku replied. "We'll be back." Lulu finished. "Alrighty! But you know... you don't have to stay here in the cockpit if you don't want... nobody's forcin' ya to do anything around here!" Rikku replied happily.

Lulu didn't respond, and headed out the cockpit door, followed by Kimahri.

"So Cid knows where he's going right?" Tidus asked. "Of course, silly." She said, turning her gaze from the window to look at him. "He knows every location in Spira." She added. "Heh." He didn't know why he asked. He already knew that.

"You're... not nervous at all, Yuna?" Tidus asked. Yuna didn't respond right away. "I am... a little... maybe... a lot..." She said. Tidus got up from the bed he was sitting on and faced her on the opposite side of the bed she was standing next to. "Then... why are you coming with me?" He asked. Yuna's face quickly saddened.

"Be... because... I love you... and... I want to make sure you will be fine. And..." Yuna began, looking at the floor. "And...?" Tidus slightly butted in. "Well... I... don't want to... lose... you again." She said, although she knew that was impossible. "But... you know, that... no matter what you do... it... can't be helped..." He replied, unsure of his words. "But I can think of way to make you stay!" Yuna said, looking him straight in the eye. "It will only take a short matter of time before I figure out something, you will see!" Yuna said, turning away from him. "Just... give me some time." She finished.

Please...?

Tidus looked at her sympathetically, although he felt the same way. There must of been someway for him to stay, somehow...

Right?

He slowly and silently stepped towards her and wrapped his arms around her shoulders.

She felt the corners of her eyes moisten as she felt his warmth surround her. It felt so nice, and yet so painful. She knew this moment wouldn't last, and probably wouldn't happen ever again.

She placed her hands on his arms, and let her tears fall. She didn't cry out loud though. She felt embarrassed every time she cried. She thought if they'd stayed this way just long enough for her to get some tears out, that he wouldn't notice. But that wasn't the case.

Instinctively he knew... he knew she was crying. Her body was barely shaking at all, but he could feel her tremble within his arms. He placed his hands on her shoulders, and turned her around to face him.

"Hey... it's okay." He said very gently as he wiped her tears away with his thumb. But the tears wouldn't stop coming, and it only made her cry harder.

"Yuna... please don't cry." He said lovingly.

She knew that was impossible, so she leaned into him and buried her face into his shirt to muffle her cries.

Tidus had felt terrible. He knew how sensitive she was, and was trying his best not to make her cry. But that was difficult to do with all of this going on.

He quickly wrapped his arms around her, almost with a little too much force. He pulled her into him and placed his head against hers. He slightly loosened his grasp once he realized how tight he was actually holding her fragile body.

She rested her hands on his chest and continued to let her tears fall. She wished, herself, that she wouldn't cry. No one had time for this, but she couldn't help it. The emotions that swelled inside of her had to be set free somehow.

"Shh, it's going to be fine, Yuna." He said. At first he didn't know what to say, but then he lightly pushed her from his grasp, and looked into her tearful eyes. "Listen to me..." He began in a stern, but gentle tone. Yuna tried her best to be quiet, and listened.

Tidus breathed in deep, and swallowed hard before he began. It was obvious that he was unsure of himself. "Yuna... I know... I can't... stay. But... it's not like we'll never see each other again, you know? I mean, I'm going to be in the Farplane... and so won't you... one day." He said thoughtfully. He didn't think that would help much, and he was right. "That's too long of a wait." Yuna said, tears still streaming from her eyes. Tidus sighed. He'd given it his best shot he had. For now, at least.

"Come here." He said, slightly bending over to reach her height as he wrapped his arms around her shoulders. Yuna buried her head into his shoulder and wrapped her arms around his upper back.

"I love you... I always will. No matter what, or where I am." He whispered into her ear, kissing her head afterwards. Yuna slightly lifted her head, and kissed him under his ear.

Tidus slowly began to rock their bodies together from side to side. Yuna kept ahold of him, and slightly rocked with him, trying to subside her tears.

She sniffled a few times, and finally replied, "I love you too." She knew that he loved her. She'd known it ever since that night in Macalania.

That night...

It was -so- magical...

Yuna remembered it perfectly.

She remembered how perfect the spring water had felt. You would have thought the water would have been chilly, with it being in Macalania. But no... it was perfect... perfect to drift through... perfect to be in at the time.

She didn't know what happened then, and why she cried. Usually when she was so sad to where she almost couldn't take it, she would just smile, even if it would turn into a brief frown. But never did she cry, and she hadn't known why she did that night.

And she wondered...

If she hadn't of cried that night, would Tidus not have kissed her? Would they have just kept talking, or head back to camp? It didn't matter though... they would've fell in love anyway. It was her destiny... her fate. He had loved her throughout the whole journey...

Tidus began to slowly kiss along Yuna's jawline. His kisses moved from her jawline, to her lips, and to her shoulders. Yuna sighed happily, and began to giggle from the ticklish sensations he was giving her.

He loved to hear her laugh. It meant that he was achieving what he wanted achieved. To keep Yuna happy...

He continued to kiss her on the ticklish region of her neck. The volume of his breathing was slightly raising, Yuna could tell, and she smiled.

Yuna's giggles soon turned to laughs, and she placed her hands in Tidus's hair, trying to make him stop. "Stop it!" She laughed playfully.

Tidus, too, began to laugh, but continued to kiss and lick at that same spot. "You!!" Yuna laughed, placing her hands on his shoulders, trying to push him away.

Oh no, Tidus thought. She wasn't going to get rid of him that easily.

But that didn't help. He didn't even budge. Yuna continued to laugh quite loudly, and tilted her head to the side Tidus was teasing in an attempt to decrease the sensitivity. But that didn't really help all that much.

"P-please...!" Yuna managed to whimper between laughs. She grasped his head and tried to pull him off of her, but it was no use. Tidus was having trouble not laughing as much as she was!

Feeling Yuna's hands tug at his head was only a cue to pull her into a tighter grasp, and kiss her more intensely in that same spot.

"Oh!" She yelped in surprise.

"Nooooo...!" She whined, her jaw beginning to ache from so much laughter. "Mmm! I surrender! I surrender! Mercy?!" She was yelling out all kinds of merciful words she used to yell out as a kid when someone would tease or torture her nonstop.

Tidus finally decided to stop, but slowly. At first he let his tongue lack her skin, and then slowly subsided his kisses to slow more intimate kisses that weren't so rough.

"Mmm..." Yuna responded comfortably. This felt much more nicer, and much less ticklish.

Tidus began his lovely, passionate but slow kisses. Yuna sighed. She felt so happy.

He reached her lips once again, and decided to let this kiss last, with a little more passion than he had put into it the night before.

He inserted his tongue into her mouth, letting it dance with her tongue, exploring the inside of her mouth at the same time.

Yuna was new at this, and nervous!

Tidus knew this, and ceased the kiss for a moment. She looked into his eyes. "Can... we do this tomorrow? Why now?" Yuna asked. Tidus was confused. "What do you mean?" He asked sincerely, running his fingers through her hair. "I mean... can't we just... stay here tonight, and do what is needed tomorrow?" Yuna asked.

He didn't immediately respond.

"Can't we... just have this day together?" Yuna asked. He didn't smile. He wanted to, and he wanted to immediately agree, but he couldn't. He wasn't even supposed to be with her right now. But... then again... he was willing to defy anything and everything just for her. He loved her so much.

Yuna held onto his hands and put them to her chest. "Please? Just today and tonight... that's all I ask. Just today and tonight with you... h-how can it matter? You're... not on a time limit... a-are you?" She wasn't even sure, and she sighed in relief when he shook his head no.

But then again... it really wasn't up to him... "It's actually up to the others..." He tried to conclude. "No..." Yuna shook her head. "Huh?" He looked at her questioningly. He actually expected her to agree...

"I don't care if they don't agree, Tidus..." She said in her usual soft tone. "I... just want this one day... this one night together... just one. That's all. Tomorrow we can continue." She said. Yuna knew she kept persisting, and asking a lot. But she didn't care. She loved him and wanted to spend as much time with him as possible.

"Okaaay." He slurred. "You know no one's going to be happy about this though. Not even the guys back in the Farplane." He said, giving a light chuckle at the end of his sentence. Yuna smiled. "I know. But it's not their decision. And I'm no longer a child. I can make decisions for my own self, and so can you." She said in a slight stern tone. Tidus slightly nodded.

That was true... it's not like they were kids anymore...

"Let's go tell the others, then." Yuna smiled, stepping away from him. "Right!" He replied cheerfully, following her close behind as she travelled to the cockpit.

"Uncle Cid!" Yuna said breathlessly. "Eh?" Cid replied. "Please... I would like to ask you a favor." Yuna began. Cid turned from navigation. "Well? What is it?" He asked in his usual loud tone. "I want us... to... avoid Bevelle... for now." Yuna said. "Huh?!" Yuna heard Rikku respond. "Just for today. Tomorrow we can head to Bevelle." Yuna said. "Just what're you gettin' at?" Cid asked.

Just then Rikku ran from her navigation panel. "Yunie! I thought you guys wanted to go to Bevelle to blow that low-lifed Widel to smithereens!" Rikku said in surprise. "Just one more day. I... would like to spend one more day with Tidus. I promise tomorrow we will continue." Yuna said. "Yeah!" Tidus agreed from behind. "Rikku! What're we doin'?!" Cid yelled. Rikku looked at her father, and then back at Tidus and Yuna. "I... I don't know! Have you talked to Lulu or Wakka about this?" Rikku asked. "Nope." Tidus quickly replied. "Don't you think you should?" Rikku asked. "It wouldn't matter anyway... It doesn't matter what Lulu or Wakka says... we will stay for today. Tell Lulu and Wakka I'm sorry for the hold up." Yuna said.

Rikku just looked at the ground for a moment. "Pops! Looks like we're staying remote from Bevelle till tomorrow." Rikku said. "Tell Aniki to put the ship on hold!" She added. "Alrighty, then.... I don't get you kids these days... you can't ever make up your minds!" Cid sighed and turned towards Rikku's brother, Aniki, who was directing the airship.

"Aniki! Fa'na biddeh' dra creb uh rumt vun duhekrd! Byng drec pypo cusafrana yht xielg! Tuh'd fyhd 'an du nih uid uv kyc duu cuuh, oy rayn?" Cid spoke in the Al Bhed language to Aniki. "Fryd? Pid E druikrd fa fana raytat du Bevelle?" Aniki replied. "Cmekrd lryhka uv bmyhc! Fa mayja vun Bevella dusunnuf!" Cid said. He then turned to Yuna and asked, "Right?" Yuna nodded. "I promise." She replied. "Ugyo..." Aniki replied tiredly.

"Welp..." Cid began. "Don't know what you kids are plannin' on doin', but keep it down whatever it is!" Cid warned. "Will do!" Tidus smirked. Yuna slightly blushed, and bowed. "Thank you."

Before Yuna could turn to leave along with Tidus, Rikku stopped her. "So what do you plan on doing with all of your extra time, huh?" Rikku smirked, gently elbowing her cousin. "N-nothing... I just... want to be with him for a little longer that's all." She replied nervously.

The heat was going to her cheeks again... "Well... if you're gonna "get serious", I got some stuff in my room I could loan ya!" Rikku winked. "Oh!" Yuna responded in surprise. "Rikku! You own those kinds of things?!" Yuna asked. "No, not really. All of the stuff I have for now that involve "that"..." Rikku began doing quotation marks with her fingers, "actually all belong to..." Rikku didn't say his name, but pointed to Aniki. "Teehee! Don't dare tell anyone I told ya that!" She giggled. Yuna shook her head. "I won't be needing any of that. It won't get that serious..." Yuna assured.

Or -would- it...?
