| Ok this is a resident evil so it must be good, well it is except from the one or two downers that one and three had. These are graphics and terrible voice acting. But first lets start with the graphics. Horrible especially since this is on the dreamcast. All I think is that they have got the playstation game of it and not improved the graphics atall, and the sound of the gun don't get me started on that. They sound like paper bullets getting shot. But another bad thing is that the mouths don't even move to their speech infact they don't move at all. But missing all those out I would say it is a entertaining game and if your in the mood to scare yourself well this is worth getting except code veronica would be more sensible but anyway if your stuck for choice just get both. Don't have loads of cash though well since dreamcast games are so cheap resident evil 2 would only be 10£ first hand and that is a good deal. The game is two disked but they are both the same game apart you play from a different characters view this time. It's pretty cool but still not that good. There is some nice gore in it and some pretty good designed puzzlesbut notreally much of a challenge. This game is quite easy to complete but may take a while to get the controls right ect. There are some very nice movies inbetween like when you coem in contact with the licker for the first time. They are very nice movies and add a real piece of horror to the game. But before you know it your back in the game again and getting attacked without a chance to attack. Anyway like I said earlier if you like horror games then get code veronica but if you like residet evil and want all the series then get this especially since it is real cheap on the shelves at the moment. OVERALL SCORE 9/10 Only get if you really are a resident evil fan. |
