            SHENMUE REVIEW

Ok one word can describe this game. Amasing. You can do loads in it. Get a job, fight ect. It is about a boy called Ryo his father was killed by a man named Lun di. So you have to lead as Ryo and get revenge on this man. You go to bed you wake up go get some information from people. You can talk to whoever you want when you want. Every person in the game leads their own life so you can just stand there all day staring at people come and go or follow them home but that would be a bit of a boring game then wouldn't it. All the buildings are accsesible so you can go into a restaurant or fish and chips or wherever you want it's up to you. If you get bored with the game, which I think is impossible then you can go play darts or arcade machines at the local arcade.

Now lets talk about graphics. Well they are the best graphics at present. Yes better then GTA 3 or GT3. Yes any game you can think of won't be better graphics then Shenmue. As you can see in the screenshot above they are very well done showing what the little machine is capable of. If only it had sold better. Anyway there are 4 disks in the game. 3 are the game and 1 is the passport. The passport is not very good it isn't even worth explaning about. It's the only thing that brings the game down. So ignore that disk. Well the fighting mode is very nicely done with perfect controls and again the graphics are good. So this game will take you a while to complete. I find the disks are small and don't hold much in them but with 3 it's bigger then alot of games.

Well in conclusion this game is the best dreamcast game out there. Sure Shenmue 2 is out but that has subtitles and i don't know about you but that gives it a big let down, while this has English voice actors in. A word of advice if you don't have this game go and buy it.
