Seraphim
Seraphim has the highest rate of vibration, and is therefore closest to the Divine. They have six wings and are firelike - 'Seraphim' in Hebrew means 'flaming'! There are 12 master Seraphims:
**Epochal angels: direction of the affairs of each generation and root race.
**Progress angels: initiate the evolutionary process of creation.
**Religious angels: angels of religion.
**Angels of national life:angels of the trumpets, direct political performance.
**Angels of the race: work for the conservation of evolutionary process.
**Angels of the future: forcast and predict the future.
**Angels of enlightenment: planetary education, mental and moral training.
**Angels of health: angelic healing corps.
**The home of Seraphim: preservation and advancement of the home.
**Angels of industry: foster industrial development.
**Angels of diversion: play, humour, rest and human leisure.
**Angels of superhuman ministry: angels of the angels.
Cherubim
The many eyed, always radiant Cherubim are nothing like the cute, baby cherubs seen on paintings. The enlightened Cherubim seek to enlighten others, for their light is the light of the knowledge of the Divine. The name 'Cherubim' in Hebrew means 'great understanding' or 'effusion of wisdom' because the Cherubim wisdom of Divine is sent down to others.
Thrones
Thrones bear the Divine, and through them, the justice of the Divine is poured out to onto the thrones of the earthly judges. They help kings and masters bring forthright justice.
Dominions
The Dominions are free, and dominate (hence the name) over the rest of the angels below them. They voluntarily and joyfully serve the divine, and send down power for governing and wise management to authorioties below. They teach how to control the senses, and are like 'Divine Bureaucrats'. They help to integrate the material world with the spiritual world.
Virtues
The strength of the Virtues is amazing. They work very great miracles and send down the grace of miracle.Virtues are all that their name implies - they are goodness and send down this goodness and virtuous spirit to those who lack it.
Powers
Powers are so called because they have the power over the evil/badness in the world. They seek to restrain these darker problems from reaching humans. Powers are the Bearers of Conscience and the Keepers of the Collectible History of the Earth, and the Angels of Death and Birth. They draw down the energy of the Divine to share with humans the vision and plan for the Earth - a vision of spiritual interconnectedness of all things.
Principalities
The Principalities are so named because they have command over the lower angels. The management of the universe and the keeping of all the kingoms and princedoms, of lands and all peoples, races and nations is entrusted to them. The service of this order is also to teach each person in authorioty according to their calling, as there is a Principality for each country. They also direct worthy people to various honourable offices and help them withthe power so that they use it not for their own gain, but for the sake of others.
Archangels
Archangels control the angels. They are the heralds of good news, and reveal prophecies, knowledge and understanding from the higher orders of angels to humans. The most common Archangels are Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, and Raphael, although there are many others.
Angels
Angels work most closely with humanity, and I have described alot about them already! There are angels for healing, illumination, creativity, nature, music, dance, writing, literature, politics, emotions, science and technology, creativity, devotion, peace, art, transformation, relationships, magic...the list goes on! Everyone has a guardian Angel from birth. They seek to help you, guide you, love you, comfort you, and be friends with you. They are there and are open to your call...all you have to do is ask. |
