     FADE IN:

     EXT. ROAD -- DAY

We see road, wide and long, few buildings are around. As the
camera pans right we see a bicyclist dead on the ground. He wears
a rubber suit, his bike is covered in tinfoil. Other than the
large pool of blood around his head we have no idea of why he is
     dead.

The camera pans down to reveal a police officer. He is looking
over the scene, then turns away so that his back is parallel to
the road and takes out a pad of paper and begins writing.

CLOSE UP OF THE OFFICER, we see his face looking down as he
writes, the road behind him is perfectly horizontal and mostly
     visible.

A car drives by. Then backs up clear through the frame, then
forward in and out again, and backwards then forwards. This goes
on until the officer of the law turns around, walks towards the
road and stops the car. He looks into the open passenger's window,
     obscuring the driver. Instantly:

                              DRIVER
                         (exasperated)
I'm sorry officer! I can't help it! My
neck was broken and replaced with a
                  rubber band!

     THE END
