03/17/01 - Please disregard that annoying little pop up that reeks of conversion. I don't know how to go about having it removed politely. I agreed to having ads displayed on this web page in exchange for the free site. At least that's why I think I'm putting up with them. But the Beliefnet one is really getting to me. Beliefnet; The source for Spirituality, Religion and Morality. Read that again, carefully. I hardly think Beliefnet is the SOURCE. Anyway, believe what you want ... That's my motto. Just don't go advertising your beliefs on my site.

I couldn't leave it alone; I couldn't ignore it any longer. I waited until angels popped up (not as threatening?). I was asked if I had a Guardian Angel. I do have a Guardian Angel. I know what she looks like even. She's a quirky sort, blonde, slightly irreverant (like Michael) and is prone to mischief. If it wasn't for those qualities I wouldn't have her around. She's come to my aid many a time. Could her name be Intuition? I first got to know my Guardian Angel at the age of seven when I was subjected to some adult-like decisions; I decided that adults were not my friends. Sad but true. Years later I would decide not to trust anyone over 30. Then years after that I decided just not to trust anyone. Of course, I have the whole thing in perspective now ... Angels are to Christmas what Leprechans are to St. Patrick's day? Angels, leprechans, fairies, I like the whimsy aspect. But, I don't like Beliefnet. I went there, I clicked on it.  I got a page of a zillion angel links. I even clicked on the Angelic Morning Meditation. The images were nice, they included a cherub (a whimsical figure). Then I clicked the site away. I believe ... in the power of clicking.

You can wear green if you want today. I don't feel like wearing green. I like shamrocks and whiskey and those leprechans, but that's about as Irish as I get. I will cook the corned beef and cabbage on Monday, I haven't time today. And my Guardian Angel has decided to leave me on my own. She flew by in a rush, sporting a green robe instead of the usual pink. I detected some red highlights in her blonde flowing hair and she was humming ... going to have some spirits in the sky.
