"For the love of Pete," she muttered softly in English as she came sloshing back up to the shore. She had taken off her wig, boots, socks, hat and coat before going in the water but the rest of her clothes were now soaked and her pants and tank top clung to her skin like spandex. "Well this bites," she said louder, while shaking out her short blond hair and putting back on her wig.

Ashi's form shifted into that of the young woman with emerald eyes and hair, emerging from the shadows and making her presence known to Ardais and Kankei by the clicking of her boots with the steps she took.
"Relying on rumors," she said softly, referring to Kankei, "Is a foolish thing. Gossip can get you killed, especially if you rely on it to be the truth," Ashi stopped momentarily, then turned her gaze to Ardais.
"And as I've noticed, we've all done what we've could for the crown. Some more than others, but we're all not ones to judge, those of the crown are," Ashi then finished. Looking to them both again with a somewhat uninterested look, then turned and started to walk away. She just wished to end any argument that might have continued forth between the two.

Ember laughed lightly, "I'd dry you off, but.." She glanced to where she had been working. Several trees were smoking and considerably burnt. She had been facing them, trying to heat up some grass in front of her to make a fire, when she had gotten spooked by a wave from Aoi, and crispified the whole set of trees in front of her.
"I think you'd look like my trees... only worse.." The redhead in her cloak laughed a bit sheepishly. She had the whole fire thing down, had the heat a bit, but making light was a bit harder. She though it'd be so simple, but no..

Diablo chuckled as he watched his little sister pout. "Your right. I'll go fetch someone to heal her while you clean yourself up." With that he left his chambers, pulling the bar fee and opening the door, walking right into the little gathering of the Golem, magical construct, and Kankei. He caught Ashi's last words and grinned. "Yes, that is for me to decide."

Ardais dropped automatically to one knee and bowed, the Princes appearance cutting short any retort he might of given. "My Prince."

Kiara smiled and followed her older brother out of his chambers. The young girl's hands had a little bit of dried blood on them still. "Tell me if you find anymore toys for me Diablo... Alright?" asked the thirteen year old with a cheery smile.

Kankei fell onto one knee when the Prince emerged from his chambers, looking down at the floor but saying nothing. His eyes glanced up quickly at the sound of the Princess's voice, and a small smile formed on his lips. "Forgive me for being insolent, my Princess, but I can't help but compliment on your beauty today..."

Kiara blinked at Kankei, "Thank you..." said Kiara as she blinked again. The young princess looked up at her older brother with a slightly confused look.

Aoi sighed as she got up and stood at the edge of the surf, looking down the beach. "I just wish I could get this to WORK!!" Aoi shouted, throwing her arms out win frustration. The water instantly responded, sending a huge tsunami down the beach, totally soaking all the way to fifteen yards inland.
"Oops..."

Ember stood there, water dripping off of her, as she was obviously completely soaked. An unamused look was on her face, as she stood there, "Aoi-chan.. I think I'm gonna have a barbecue.." The redhead brought up a hand, fire coming to life in it. She smiled sweetly, "Come here Aoi-chan.. need to do my own oops.."

Ashi stepped to the aside, doing exactly like Kankei and Ardais, going to a knee. She remained silent, still having the cold look to her features, as both Kiara and Diablo emerged from the Prince's quarters.

Aoi giggled nervously as she backed away from Ember, her face bright red from embarrassment. "G-gomen nasai, Ember-chan.... Dia jo bu ka?" she asked, still backing away. "You wouldn't want to burn me now would you?"

Before the Prince could respond to Kankei's insolence a small imp covered him green flame appeared before him. The evil little beast grinning as only a demon can as it reported.
"We have found the sorceresses my Prince. We await your command, as always."

Diablo smiled darkly. Good, they hadn't escaped and his sorcerers had proven efficient yet again. He'd make sure they had nice long death as his blood bound servants. "Orin, heal the wench in my chambers and remove her bonds, then bring me a map with their location on it."
The Imp disappeared in a puff of sulfur and smoke.

"Diablo... Who are you talking about, new toys?" asked Kiara, her eyes brightening at the thought of new toys....

"No, these are those sorceress that I was trying to get information about, the ones that escaped yesterday."

"Are they new toys?" asked Kiara.

"If they are then they are mine. Though I might let you play with them if your nice."

"I promise to be nice. Can I have one of them? I promise to give you any information that I get.." said Kiara.

"Unlike Irina these two have control of dangerous magic, flame, water and ice. Only when they are safely broken would I let you near them."

"I have control over that magic too, brother.. Or have you forgotten?" asked Kiara with a soft smile.

"No I haven't. But it's my job as your brother to keep you safe. Since we don't know the full extent of their power or abilities I would at least have Ashi with you when your near them, just as a precaution." Diablo replied motioning for the three Warriors to rise.

Ashi rose from her bent knee, standing silently.

"May I please come Diablo?" asked Kiara. "I promise to be careful."

"No, I can't allow you to be in harms way. Especially when things are uncertain. Ashi, please escort Kiara to her chambers." The Prince's words were final, there were no questions about him allowing her to tag along.

Kiara pouted as she heard that she wasn't being allowed to go.

Ashi nodded, escorting Kiara off, down the hallway to her chambers, making sure the princess never left her sight.

Orin reappeared, the Imp bowed in mid air. "The healing is done and the map is ready. They seem to be playing with their powers and testing the range of their abilities. So far the Flame Weaver has managed to burn down a few trees and the water one succeeded in soaking herself and the beach they are on."
"Good, Kankei and Ardais, you will go and capture them. I will send Ashi to assist you once my sister is secure in her room." He glanced at Orin, holding out his hand to the demon. "The map?"
"Oh yes." The map appeared and he handed it to Kankei. "Orin, send them to the site. Send Ashi when she is done with her task."
The Imp nodded and turned to the Golem and Kankei, speaking a short sharp incantation the pair disappeared, as did the demon.

Ember looked thoughtful for a moment, "Well, I'd be drying you off, now, wouldn't I? True, you'd be a crispy critter.. but hey.."

Aoi gave another nervous laugh. "Um... I'm quiet happy being wet, thanks... But you are more than welcome to set yourself on fire if you want to dry."

Ember brought her hand down, closing her eyes with a sigh, "Smartass. Well, we know you need to work on the whole wave.. thing.."

"Hai," Aoi said with a sigh. she looked back out onto the ocean as the wind rustled her wig. "This place is so beautiful... I almost wish some part of earth still looked like this.
"Although I'm glad to be without the psychopathic royalty," Aoi added with a laugh.

"I'll stick with my VR games and piano, thank you.." The redhead replied, stretching her arms out in front of herself.

"Oh come on. Don't tell me you don't miss being out doors more. Didn't your parents ever take you to a park when they were still around?" the other girl asked.

"No. I was taught to be the music prodigy," Ember replied, "My sister got to be the normal, spoiled kid."

"My parents used to take me all the time. I go more often when I'm in America though because they still have some left. But still, it was never like this. So... naturally beautiful."

"And deadly," Ember retorted, "Which is always a plus."

"Don't you see, Ember? That's why it's so amazing. Something that hasn’t been bent to the human ideal of pretty. Something that nature made on her own."

"Um.. we're in a game... Aoi-chan. Someone made it," Ember retorted.

"That boy died here," Aoi whispered. "Whatever it was meant to be, it isn't a game anymore."

"It never was." The Golem answered, silver tendrils lancing out at the two girls.

Aoi let out a small yelp as she dived to the side. How did they find him. "Ember, get into the surf," she yelled as she backed into the waves as well. Maybe she could do something.

Ember made a run for the water, heading sideways, "I should've known that was coming.." She grumbled, as she caught up to Aoi.

"When I say so, I want you to start swimming as far out to the sea as you can.," Aoi whispered. She kept her eyes focused on the two as she started to reach out to call the water.

"Waves won't save you." A long tendril whipped around, headed for Ember as she ran for the surf, the golem well over two hundred feet away.

"Ember!!" Aoi quickly turned her attention to the girl as a wave suddenly surged forth and shoved Ember out to sea.

Ember choked on the water, as she surfaced, shoving her wet hair out of her eyes. She looked at the white wig floating away, then to Aoi, "Aoi-chan!"

"Now would be the time, Ember," Aoi said loudly. she then smirked at the golem. "Gomen nasai, but I think my friend and I have another appointment." With that the blond turned and dove into the waves, quickly shedding her shirt.

His metal cloak changed to steel wings and took to the air. Flying quickly toward the blond and red haired girl. They couldn't escape he had no need to breath and could move as fast as them in the water, though he would prefer staying above it.

Aoi's strokes were strong and sure as she quickly moved out towards the sea while moving to Ember as well. The water felt just like the salt pool in the gym. Aoi spotted Ardias above them. "Ember, dive down as low as you can!!"

Ember grumbled, "I'm a pianist.. not a diver.." She took a breath, then dove down into the salt water, going as deep as she could.

Tendrils of metal cut through the water where he had seen then dive, searching relentlessly as the golem hovered in the air above.

Aoi dived as well and quickly made her way over to Ember. she moved much faster, now that she could actually breath easily, but Ember obviously couldn't. "Man I hope this works," Aoi thought as she swam up to Ember. Aoi lithe form dodged the tendrils, moving like some sort of fish. She quickly grabbed the sides of Ember's face and with a silent prayer, exhaled into her mouth.

Ember blinked, actually shocked more at the fact she got more air from Aoi. She moved sideways, avoiding a tendril, very unhappy with this new situation.

Aoi silently cheered as she pointed for Ember to swim towards the darker parts of the water, keeping close to the bed. She then swam towards the surface and waved as Ardias. "Looking for someone?" She then dived back down into the water, going a slightly different way than Ember.

Ember looked to the darker parts, then took off towards them. She glanced back to Aoi, watching her for a moment, before continuing straight.

Aoi laced her way across the bottom to the sea bed, as she suddenly came up beside Ember again. She reached out and exhaled into Ember's mouth again.

Ember accepted the air, as she stopped in the dark water Aoi had instructed her to head to. She was on guard, ready to start sending fireballs up from the ocean is she had to surface anytime soon.

Ardais retracted the tendrils, took aim at Kankei, and fired a single tendril meant to grab and retrieve the frail looking human. He would be useful in the water, a second set of eyes when he went under.

Kankei watched with interest from the beach, not daring to go into the water unless he had to. He could swim all right, but he'd just rather not get wet. He didn't notice Ardais' tendril until it had wrapped around him, then he let out a surprised shout. He started to squirm away before realizing that the golem probably had a reason for snagging him like that, and just hoped it wasn't to kill him for slacking off.

With a sharp jerk the Golem brought Kankei to him, his armored shell peeling open and wrapping around Kankei before sealing. As the armor sealed the green hide changed to red.
"I suggest doing something before they get away."

"Really? Lovely suggestion. Like what?" Kankei asked with a smirk, figuring he might as well act as annoyed as he was to be there.
With a sigh he closed his eyes and focused on his power, conjuring up a massing whirlwind above the water. He wasn't sure what good it would do but it was the most he could do with his limited power.
"Think if we drown them, the prince will get angry?" he asked lightly as the winds began to form into a slow-moving but powerful hurricane.

Kiara tiptoed to her door and put her ear up against it, trying to hear if anyone was outside it. The girl smiled slightly, hearing no one. The girl quietly ran to her dresser and opened it carefully. She took out a crystal ball and set it on her bed, kneeling in front of it. The girl stared into the ball, chanting quietly. She smiled slightly as a picture formed in the orb of the two girls, Aoi and Ember, under the water. The girl tiptoed back over to the door, putting her ear to it again.

Ashi yawned quietly, obviously bored with her duty. But, better to follow an order than to disobey and pay for it later.

"Good... She's quiet..." said Kiara. "Now... To get where they are..." said Kiara to herself quietly. The thirteen year old ran over to her closet, opening it. She crawled to the back of it and hit the wall, causing a false panel to shimmer and disappear. The girl reached inside to the open space that had been behind the panel and grabbed out a servants dress and kerchief for her hair. Kiara quickly changed into the dress and tied the kerchief over her head, hiding her red hair. The little girl closed the panel again and walked back over to the crystal ball and picked it up in her hands.
"Deliquesco..." said Kiara quietly as the girl's body suddenly exploded with a light that filled the room. When the light died down, Kiara was gone...

Ashi leaned against the door, oblivious to the fact that Kiara was gone.
