| This is the place where I describe myself and tell you about my art. First off my date of birth is 4-11-1982. I graduated high school in the year 2000. I am now currently employed with the state of California as a surveyor. Recently I was with the Forest Service as a tree climber, removing mistletoe from pine trees. Being in these jobs has provided me with the money to buy the machines I rely on to produce my art. Enough with this and on to my inspirations and history as an artist. My first art lesson was given to me by my grandmother back when I was about three years old. From then on I developed the skills that I still use today. As computers became apart of my life my drawing skills began to lessen as computer art took over. My first experience with computer art was when I was about eight. It was with an extremely old art program and an even older computer. The program ran in dos and only displayed about 16 colors, if at that. Later I discovered some paint program on windows 3.1. This was on a friend’s computer so using it was very scarce. This program had about 256 colors, most of which I never used. I would create little scenes of rolling green hills and blue skies, very simple. |
