"Hey Regan! Wait up!" De called after her friend, who was heading out the school's large double-doors.
Regan turned around around to find out who had called her.
"Oh, hey," Regan said, as De caught up with her.
"Hey. I'm so glad it's Friday," De said.
"I know. I thought today would never end," Regan agreed.
They headed outside, and Regan spotted their boyfriends, Scott and Clint.
"Hey De-" Regan began, but before she could finish, De was already hugging Scott.
Regan smiled to herself, and went over to them.
She went over to her boyfriend Clint, and and kissed him gently.
"Hey. Miss me?" Clint grinned.
"You bet," Regan said.
"Well, the weekend offically starts now. What should we do?" Scott asked.
"How about we all head over to my place? My Dad's out of town for a month at work," De suggested.
"Okay," Clint said, raising his eyebrows suggestively at Regan.
"Clint! Is that all you ever think about?" Regan said, playfully hitting his shoulder.
*~*
Clint shrugged. "I think of other things, that's just what happens to be on my mind most of the time!"
He joked. Regan rolled her eyes at her boyfriend. Scott held up a hand. "Wait a minute! I think De is onto something here! We can spend as long as we want at her house! No adults, no restrictions, and no rules! Sex baby!" He yelled out. De began laughing. "I'm just kidding, just kidding." Scott said with a sly grin.
She hit him in the arm. "Other than your sick mind, you're right! So what does everyone say? Party at my house?"
The other three nodded. "Sounds awesome!" Regan exclaimed. "We just have to get our stuff before we get there." She reminded everyone. Scott nodded. "I'll drop you off at your house, we'll get our stuff, and then I'll pick you back up!" He explained.
Regan nodded. "Ok! It's a plan."
Clint opened up the back door and followed Regan into the car. "Let's go!" He called out.
Scott walked over to the passenger side and opened the door for De. She smiled. "You are so sweet!" She cooed as she kissed him on the lips.
"You are so sweet!" Regan and Clint mimicked in the back.
*~*
De opened the heavy doors to her huge victorian, three story home. She flipped the hallway light on as Scott, Regan, and Clint followed her in.
"Good lord!" Clint exclaimed, seeing the house for the first time. "What does your dad do for a living? Pimp?" He asked jokingly.
De smiled. "How'd you know?" She asked with a grin. She led the way up the steps. "He does all sorts of things!" She explained. She stopped as she reached the second floor. "Ok, to the right is the room you two can stay in!" De pointed down the hallway.
Regan grabbed Clint hand and they entered the huge room. "What about us?" Scott asked, holding De's hands in his own.
"The master bedroom!" She exclaimed. She led the way as they disappeared down the dark hallway.
*~*
Regan peered out the huge bay windows. "Wow! I've never been in this room before."
Clint smiled. 'It's huge!" He walked towards the closet and opened it up as various things fell on him.
"@#%$!" He yelled as a baseball hit him in the head.
"Are you ok?" Regan asked, rushing to his side. Clint nodded as he rubbed his head. "Fine." He glanced up. "Hey look! An Oujia board." He picked the game up.
"A what?" Regan asked.
"Tell me you're kidding. An Oujia board!" Clint exclaimed. Regan shook her head confused. "It's this thing you can use to talk to spirits. They are awesome! Really spooky!"
Regan rolled her eyes. "Give me a break! Isn't that how the exorcist started?"
Clint shook his head. "No! I should keep this out! We can all have fun with this." He set it aside as he began to pick up the contents that had fallen out of the closet.
"You are such a dork!" Regan exclaimed.
Clint smiled. "I love you too babe!"
*~*
"Wow, this room is huge," Scott said, looking around the room.
De helped Scott unpack his things.
When they finished, Scott went over to the large floor to ceiling window, and looked out at the view.
De went over to him, and wrapped her arms around him from behind, hugging him slightly.
They heard someone clear their throat from behind.
De turned around, fearing that it would be her Dad.
It was only Regan and Clint.
"God! Don't do that!" De exclaimed.
"Do what?" Clint asked.
"Just don't do that," De said, "I thought you were my Dad."
"Oops. My fault," Clint grinned.
"I have an idea. How about we invite Jess and Serena over? They go with Bob and Dave, right?" Regan asked.
"Yeah, I think so," De said.
"Well, we could call them to come over. Clint found this Oujia board, and he's practically dying to play it," Regan said.
"Okay," De said, as she went over to the phone.
*~*
"Okay, they should be here in about an hour," De said, hanging up the phone.
"Alright, so what should we do until then?" Scott asked, flashing a sly smile towards De.
"Do you have a one track mind?" De asked him.
"Maybe," Scott said.
"Okay, well, what are we waiting for?" De smiled.
*~*
"Do you have room for them?" He asked concerned.
De laughed. "Scott baby! Look at the house, do I have room? Ask it again please!" He laughed at his mistake as he wrapped his arms around De's waist.
Clint and Regan came running into the room. "Ok guys!" Clint exclaimed, throwing a bag on the floor in front of everyone. "I found tons of candles, some incense, a lighter, the oujia board, and I think that's it!" He cried out, rummaging through the bag.
Regan crossed her arms over her chest. "Clint! You are crazy. You actually think all of this stuff will make it work better?" She asked. "These things are manufactured everyday by people who work in factories! It's just a piece of cardboard!"
"Let's hear you say that after tonight." He said, a glint of hurt in his eyes.
Regan frowned. "I'm sorry Clint. I just can't get into your little imaginative game here."
De laughed. "Come on Regan! Who'se the one who always used to be into seances and @#%$ like that?"
Regan couldn't help but smile. "It'll be fun!"
"Thank you De!" Clint exclaimed, giving her a huge hug.
"Hey now!" Scott exclaimed, pushing Clint away. "No touchy!" Everyone laughed at Scott's childish dose of jealousy.
*~*
Scott and De sat on the king size bed. Scott laid on his back and stared at the mirror that was strategically placed above the bed. "Why is there a mirror up there?" He asked curiously.
De laughed. "I never figured that out and I didn't really want to ask."
Scott sat up. "You know, I was sorta hoping it could have just been the two of us here."
"No Regan or Clint?" De asked, moving closer to Scott. Scott shrugged.
"I mean, they are awesome! And I love Clint and all, he's my bro, but it's never just you and me!"
De smiled. "You do realize it's just you and me at the moment. All alone in this bedroom." She glanced at her watch. "And we definetely have a good half hour before Serena, Jess, Bob, and Dave come! So what do you say?" She asked, climbing on top of Scott.
He smiled seductively. "I think you have an idea there we should pursue." Scott agreed. Their lips met in a heavy lip lock.
*~*
Regan stood behind Clint as he began lighting the candles around the Oujia board. "You are crazy! Really, you've lost it!" Regan exclaimed, placing her hands on her hips.
Clint stood up after finishing with the candles. He faced his girlfriend. "Look, when you want to do things like go to the mall, I don't complain and you know how much I hate shopping! When you want to see a love movie, I don't complain! I do anything you want to do! Please hon, just this once, do this for me?" He practically pleaded, holding her hands in his.
Regan nodded. "Ok, look, I'm sorry! I'm just not understanding how you could get into this, this much!"
"You'll see tonight when we are all having a kick ass time!" Clint exclaimed.
A grin formed on Regan's lips. "You know, with all these candles, it really makes the room really romantic." She pointed out.
Clint smiled. "Ah, do you think that De and Scott would come down?" He asked.
"No! They are upstairs alone! What do you think their doing?" Regan pointed out.
Clint nodded. "Good point!" He exclaimed, pulling Regan in for a deep kiss.
*~*
De broke their kiss, and moved down to Scott's neck. She began to gently kiss, and nip Scott's soft skin, while she slipped her hands up his shirt and onto his smooth chest. Scott groaned involentarily. De could feel his arousal pressing against her thigh, even through his baggy jeans. Scott tangled his fingers in De's hair, and surpressed a moan, as she pulled his shirt off. She
began trailing kisses down his chest, pausing to tease his nipples in the process. She then continued her journey down to his belt buckle.
~*~
Regan and Clint clumsily made their way to the sofa, ending up with Clint on top of her.
They broke apart, and Regan asked, "How do you always end up on top?"
"I have my ways," Clint replied with a sly grin, before pressing his lips to hers once again.
Their tongues danced together and just as they were about to move on, the door bell rang.
"Damnit," Clint cursed to himself as they pulled apart.
"Don't worry. We can finish later," Regan smiled.
Clint smiled back, and went to answer the door.
Serena, Dave, Jess, and Bob stood there.
"Hey guys," Clint said, "Come on in."
~*~
Bob laughed as he walked into the house after Clint. "Gee bro, your hair is a bit messed up. What happend?" He asked, knowing the truth. Clint shrugged.
"Um, just goofing around!" They all walked into the family room where Regan was situated on the couch, adjusting her shirt.
Dave sat down next to her, bringing Jess down next to him. "What's with all the candles?" He asked, not noticing the Oujia board situated in the middle of them all.
Regan pointed. "He has this idea that if you light all the candles
and the incense it'll make the Oujia board work better." She explained.
Serena knelt down to examine the board. "Wow, this is an older one! Do you guys realize though that these things can get dangerous?" She asked.
"Don't tell me you are into this too?" Bob asked.
Serena shrugged. "My mom was. Well, when we go to do it I'll tell you what I know!"
Clint smiled. "Ok!"
Dave looked around the room. "I know this is a huge house, but where are Scott and De."
"I'll go get them." Regan said, jumping up. She walked towards the steps. Regan made her way up them slowly, giving De and Scott more time, knowing what they were most likely doing. She came to the bedroom door and heard nothing.
Regan pushed the door open slowly. Her eyes widened as she found De straddling over Scott, letting out a soft moan due to the pleasure she was feeling. Scott looked up as he saw Regan walk in. "@#%$!"
He yelled, pushing De back. Regan walked out, shutting the door behind her. "Sorry!" She yelled to the shut door.
"Didn't you think to knock?" De asked.
"Sorry!" Regan yelled again. "Everyone is here. Finish up, we're downstairs." She yelled, running down the steps to avoid confrontation.
*~*
"Are they coming?" Clint asked, noticing Regan's face was slightly red.
"Yeah. They'll be down in a few," Regan replied, taking her seat next to Clint.
A few minutes later, De and Scott joined them. Regan tried to avoid eye contact with both of them. "Okay, let the games begin!" Clint exclaimed. Clint
kneeled down in front of the board. "Ok Serena, you wanted to tell us how to do it." He said, glancing up at her.
"You put your fingers on the damn thing and someone moves it around even though everyone says they aren't." Jess explained jokingly.
Everyone but Clint and Serena laughed. "This is serious." Serena
exclaimed. She stood behind Clint. "Ok, so we need four people!"
"How about Regan here! She likes to know all!" De exclaimed, narrowing her eyes at her friend.
"It was a mistake! Some people tend to lock the doors when they do stuff like that!" Regan yelled back.
Scott stood next to his girlfriend. "Well next time maybe you should knock!" He pointed out.
"Hey, don't yell at her!" Clint exclaimed, jumping to his girlfriend's rescue.
"Don't yell at me! We were in the privacy of our own room, minding our own business! I couldn't even finish my business!" Scott cried out.
Bob laughed. "That's more than Clint and Regan can say here. They were right here on the couch!"
"How would you know?" Regan asked.
"There's a window!" Dave pointed out.
"Shut up!" Scott, De, Regan, and Clint yelled together. Dave rolled his eyes, sitting back down on the couch.
"You're just jealous because you can't get your balls licked!" Clint exclaimed to Bob, for no reason at all.
"I really could care a less!" Bob exclaimed. Scott laughed. "That's cause he's got his right hand!"
"Guys! Stop fighting!" Serena yelled loudly, jumping between the quarreling teens. "Around the Oujia board you need positive energy or else you'll attract negative ghosts." Scott opened his mouth to say something but she held up a finger. "Shut up!" She yelled. She glanced around the room. "Ok, four
people are needed. How about Bob, De, Regan, and Clint." She suggested.
"Why them?" Scott asked, crossing his arms.
"Cause they'll listen to me!" She exclaimed. Serena turned her back to Scott. "Ok, so put two fingers on the planchette, and don't do anything yet. Make sure they are just barely touching it. And another this is, NEVER EVER EVER, and I mean EVER, take your hands off it at once."
"Why not?" De asked.
Serena crossed her arms. "Cause than the spirit will be stuck in the house, and then could turn into something like, the exorcist, or something like that! Just bad! Very bad."
"Palease!" Scott exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air.
Serena ignored him. "Ok, we need silence too. Now someone just ask if anyone is there." She informed.
There was silence.
"De, just do it!" She exclaimed.
De looked up at Serena and than at everyone else. She rolled her eyes. "Is anyone there?" She asked. The planchette stayed still for awhile. "This is stu...." her voice trailed off as the planchette moved towards yes. "Who moved it?" She asked, glancing around at her three other friends.
"I didn't!" Regan exclaimed, looking across at Bob.
"Not me either!" Bob exclaimed. He looked at Clint.
"No." He said firmly.
Scott laughed. "Well someone has to be! Just confess so we can stop."
The planchette began to move around the word, going to each letter at a furious speed. "S-H-U-T-U-P-S-C-O-T-T!" De read aloud.
"Ha ha, funny funny!" He said sarcastically. He plopped onto the couch next to Jess.
"What should we ask now?" Bob asked.
"What is your name?" Regan asked, leaning over the board.
"J-E-R-E-M-I-A-H!" Regan glanced around.
Clint thought for a moment. "Are you in this room with us?" He asked.
"Yes" The planchette said.
"Stupid stupid stupid!" Scott exclaimed from the couch. Suddenly a loud bang outside made everyone jump. The four surrounding the board flew back. Regan and De grabbed onto each other while Clint and Bob covered themselves.
"@#%$! That scared the @#%$ out of me!" Dave exclaimed, letting go of
Jess.
"Tell me about it!" Clint exclaimed, brushing himself off.
Regan and De began to laugh. "My god! I think I peed myself!" De exclaimed jokingly.
Serena stared down at the board in horror. "You all took your hands off! Hurry, put them back on! See if he is still there!" She yelled.
"Calm down!" Scott exclaimed.
"Are you there?" Regan asked.
"Yes," It read.
"Ok, well we're going to have to go. Bye."
The planchette moved past the words, Goodbye and stopped.
"See! All done. Everything is ok!" Regan exclaimed.
Serena frowned "I don't know! Something doesn't seem right."
Bob stood up and grabbed his bookbag that contained his clothes. "Well, I'm sleepy, good night." He said slowly. He disappeared down the hallway, not bothering to ask where he should even go.
"What's up with him?" De asked.
"I don't know. I'll go see what's up," Dave said.
~*~
"Hey Bob?" Dave said, knocking on the door of the room Bob had gone into. When he got no answer, he turned the doorknob slightly, and creaked the door open. Bob was laying in bed, semmingly sleeping peacefully. "Bob, you awake?" Dave asked. When Bob didn't answer, Dave shrugged it off as nothing, and closed the door. He headed back to the others, and sat back down with Jess.
"What's up?" Jess asked.
"I don't know. He was sound asleep," Dave said.
"That's weird. I'm going to go with him. I have a bad feeling," Serena said, getting up and heading into the room where Bob was.
"That's enough ghosts for one night," De said, standing up.
"Yeah. Let's get to bed," Scott said, smiling slyly at De.
"Here, I'll show you guys you're room," De said to Dave and Jess. Everyone headed upstairs, and Dave and Jess headed into the room De pointed to them, while Clint and Regan went into their room.
"Wow, are we finally going to be alone, and not get interrupted?" Scott grinned, laying back down on the bed.
"I think so. I locked the door this time," De smiled, straddling Scott again.
"I think we should finish up from earlier. Don't you?" Scott asked. "Oh definately. Let's," De smiled, pressing her lips to Scott's.
~*~
"I have a bad feeling," Regan said.
"I know what you mean. Something just really feels wrong," Clint agreed, sitting down on the bed.
"I mean, it doesn't seem right. Bob was fine before we messed with that game, then right after, it seemed like he totally changed," Regan said.
"Don't worry. We'll talk to him about it tomarrow," Clint said, pulling Regan down to sit in his lap, "But right now, we have some business to take care of."
"Oh really?" Regan smiled.
"Yes..." Clint trailed off, pressing his lips to hers.
~*~
"Do you hear them?" Dave asked. He banged on the wall that seperated his and
Jess's room from Scott's and De's. "Shut up!" He yelled. He sat down on the bed next to Jess. "That was really weird tonight! Don't you think?" He asked.
Jess nodded. "Yeah, the way that Scott was cursing the thing and then the thunder clap! So who do you think was moving it?" She asked.
Dave shrugged. "Couldn't even begin to guess. Probably Bob! He's so bad at lying that he probably wanted to get out of there as soon as possible before someone asked if he was the mover."
"Possibly!" She climbed under the covers. "Well goodnight! See ya in the morning!" She said, rolling onto her side.
Dave frowned. "Everyone else is having some fun with their loved one! What about us?" He asked.
Jess laughed. "Dave, we're in a strangers bed here. I don't know what goes on!" She kissed him on the lips quickly. "Nite babe!" Dave just let out a small groan as he draped his arm over Jess and fell sound asleep.
*~*
"Bob?" Serena asked softly, climbing in next to him. Bob stayed softly asleep. "Bobby." She whispered in his ear. Bob opened his eyes slowly and rolled over so he could see his girlfriend. "Sorry to wake you, but you left quickly. You ok?" She asked with an affectionate grin.
Bob nodded. "Fine." He said, rolling back over.
Serena rubbed a finger along his bare arm. "You sure?" She asked. Bob just nodded as he shut his eyes. Serena rolled onto her back and stared up at the ceiling, thinking deeply to herself.
*~*
De collapsed onto Scott breathlessly. "Wow!" She exclaimed, holding him tightly.
He kissed her on the forehead. A grin formed on his lips. "It gets better and better everytime!"
De rolled her eyes. "You are such a hornomaniac!"
"You just made that word up didn't you?" Scott asked. De nodded. Scott laughed. "But at least this time we got to finish!"
"I know!" She agreed.
"So tomorrow, what are we going to do?" He asked.
De thought for a moment. "Well, it's a Saturday. I don't know, maybe we can go down to that lake! That's always so nice!"
Scott groaned. "It's nice when it's the two of us! But everyone else is gonna wanna tag along!"
"Well than we won't tell them! Look Scott, they are our friends! We'd be lost without them!"
Scott laughed. "I don't need three brothers."
"Shut up!" De exclaimed, hitting him playfully.
Scott grinned. "I'm sorry!" He traced a finger down her bare stomach. "As long as I am with you what can go wrong?"
"Nothing! Absolutly nothing!" She commented.
*~*
The next morning, De woke up before Scott, so she decided to let him sleep. She quietly made her way out of bed and downstairs. Regan and Clint were sitting in the living room, watching tv.
"Hey guys," De said, and sat down in the recliner.
"Hey," Regan said sleepily, laying her head down on Clint's chest.
"Are the others up yet?" Clint asked.
De shook her head.
"I don't think so," De said.
Just then, Scott came downstairs with some cowboy hat on.
"Oh my god!" Regan said, before laughing.
De and Clint exchanged glances, before joining Regan in her laugh fest.
"How're ya'll doin' this fine mornin'?" Scott asked in his best cowboy voice, as he sat down with De.
"Nice hat," Regan said, trying to calm her laughter.
"Yeah, I know why he wore it," De smiled.
"And just why DID he wear it?" Clint challenged.
De smiled and took Scott's hat off.
She then held it up to both her and Scott's faces, before kissing him passionately.
"I should've known that!" Clint said.
De and Scott broke apart, just as some shocking news was played on the tv.
"Yes, well, this is quite tragical. Last night, two teenage girls were found dead in the City Highschool. Apparently, they stayed late to work on the school paper. It was reported that they had slit their own throats and wrists in attempted and succeeded suicide."
When they showed a picture of the two girls, Regan and De almost fell back.
"Oh my god," De muttered.
"What's wrong?" Scott asked.
"They went to school with us," Regan replied slowly.
"You knew them?" Clint asked.
Regan nodded. "Yeah, they were in our PE class."
"PE?" Scott asked confused.
"Phys Ed. Sorry Mr. Homeschooled Boy! But wow! I can't believe that. They were like... no, that..." De couldn't find the right words to express her feelings. "That's just not something I would have expected them to do!"
"Why not?" Clint asked.
De glanced at Clint as Scott wrapped his arms over his frantic girlfriend. "Well, the one girl! Her name was Candice! She sat next to me in Physics and we were pretty close! She was telling me how she had gotten excepted to William and Mary College on a scholarship and had plans on going as soon as high school was over! Her grades were great, she was also head of
student council, the school newspaper, and the debate team. And the other girl was getting straight A's, head cheerleader, and going out with the hottest guy in school!" She cried out.
"Hey now!" Scott exclaimed.
De looked at Scott. "In school, I said Scott, in school."
Regan shrugged. "It's always the ones you least expect! She pointed out.
"Remember Thomas Rugg? He was the captian of the basketball, hockey, football, and baseball team! And he was also getting scholarships left and right from all different famous collages! But it all got to him and that one day he put a gun in his mouth and BAM!" Regan made the motions with her hands.
"Gee! Thanks babe." Clint exclaimed, grossed out.
De shook her head. "I don't know! I guess you guys are right! I just can't believe that it happened in school."
"Life's weird like that De!" Scott said, squeezing her tightly.
She opened her mouth to say something as Serena walked down the steps, speaking before anyone could even say good morning. "Where's Bob?" She asked.
"He isn't asleep?" Clint asked. Serena shook her head.
"Maybe he went outside." De suggested. Just then the front door opened and Bob walked in with his winter jacket wrapped snuggly around him. "It's cold as @#%$ out there!" He exclaimed.
"And how cold exactly is @#%$?" Scott asked jokingly. Everyone but Bob laughed.
He thought for a moment. "Very cold I guess." He said in all seriousness. He walked past everyone and into the kitchen.
"Morning Bob!" Serena exclaimed, walking in behind him.
"Morning." He mumbled. He opened up the fridge and pulled out a bottle of soda, drinking it from the bottle.
De, Scott, Clint, and Regan walked into the kitchen and watched as Bob finished the soda off. "Gee, everyone meet Mr. Manners!" De said sarcastically.
Bob dropped the bottle. "I needed a walk today. It was hot upstairs!" He exclaimed. "There's a beautiful lake down there! Do you know that it used to be a lake where they'd drown criminals?"
"Well, that was a useless factoid!" Scott exclaimed, walking out of the kitchen.
"Where'd you here that?" De asked. "I thought it was just a regular old lake."
Bob shook his head. "No, it wasn't!" His eyes lit up as he talked. "Long long ago, instead of electrocuting the criminals, because they didn't have electricity, they'd either cut their heads off and throw the heads in the lake, or else they'd just drown them! Horrible man! Simply horrible!" He walked out of the kitchen and disappeared up the steps.
Clint, De, Regan, and Serena stood in the kitchen silently. "How do you think he knew that?" De asked.
"In a book obviously. He's always reading!" Clint advised.
De shook her head. "No, there's no way cause they were secret murders. The realitor told us about it when we bought the house. Supposedly no one in the town even knew about the deaths. The only way he knew about it was because his grandfather was one of the executioners."
Clint rolled his eyes. "Obviously he heard it somewhere! I think he's getting sick!" He grabbed Regan's hand. "Let's go back to our positions on the couch and watch some tv!" He exclaimed.
*~*
"Something's not right. Bob never acts like that," Serena said, once she and De were alone in the kitchen.
They sat down at the table and De said, "I know what you mean. First our friends from school, now Bob's like, totally flipped. It doesn't seem to fit."
"I know. I'm going to try to talk to him," Serena said, standing up.
"Serena, don't worry about Bob. I'm sure it's nothing more than a bad mood he's in," De assured her.
Serena nodded, and hugged De quickly. "I'll let you know how things work out," she said, before heading upstairs.
De went back into the living room, and sat down with Scott.
"Everything okay?" he asked, pulling her to sit on his lap.
"Yeah. Serena's just really worried about Bob. She thinks something might have happened to him," De said.
"Like what?" Regan asked.
"She didn't say. She just said that she has a bad feeling, like she was getting bad vibes from him," De said.
"That's weird. Bob's usually the peacemaker. He's never in a bad mood," Clint said.
Just then, Dave came downstairs. "Hey guys. Do you happen to know what's up with Bob? He seems really pissy about something," he said, sitting on the sofa.
"Beats us. He just came in from taking a walk and started talking about how people were killed and
stuff," Scott said.
"Oh. He doesn't seem like himself either. Oh yeah, did you guys see the news?" Dave asked.

Part Two-
~*~
"Yeah, we all saw it." Regan said.
Dave nodded. "Jess was upstairs crying because she was friends with one of the girls!"
De glanced over at Dave. "Yeah, it's a tragedy. But you know, they took the stupid way out."
"Who?" Bob asked, walking into the room suddenly. Everyone turned their heads towards him in surprise. "What?" He asked, not liking the attention.
"Did you check out the news?" Clint asked.
Bob nodded. "Yeah, what are you guys talking about?"
"The suicides." Scott answered.
"Oh." He said, turning to walk back up the steps. Dave grabbed his arm, pulling him back down the steps. "Ouch you freak!" He yelled, pushing Dave against the wall.
Dave stared at Bob, wide-eyed. "Bob! Why the @#%$ did you do that?" He asked.
"Cause you grabbed my arm and it hurt! What do you want?" He asked, his voice calming down.
"I wanted to know if you wanted to do something with me?" Dave asked, fixing his shirt.
Bob nodded. "Anything to get out of here."
De looked hurt. "If you don't like it, leave! No one is holding you hostage!"
Bob rolled his eyes. "Whatever!" He began to walk up the steps but turned around to face everyone.
"Look guys, I have a headache. I'm really sorry for being an ass." He disappeared once more up the steps.
Scott squeezed De tightly. "He's right, don't take him so seriously, k?" He asked.
De nodded. "Fine!"
*~*
Jess sat on the bed, dabbing her eyes dry with a tissue. "You ok?" Serena asked, standing in the doorway.
Jess nodded. "Yeah, it just all caught me by shock!"
"Yeah, i guess it's hard to lose a friend. Were you guys close?" Serena asked.
"Yeah, we were really close." Jess said, standing up.
Bob walked up behind Serena. "Hey babe." He said, kissing her on the neck. He bit down softly, leaving a little bruise.
"Bob!" She yelled, pushing him away. "What are you doing?"
"Having fun!" He grinned. He again tried to near closer to him but she pushed him back. "Fine! Forget you!" He walked into the room. "Why are you bawling?"
He asked Jess.
Jess stared at Bob, shocked by his rudeness. "Well, my friend killed herself."
"Sorry." Bob mumbled. He walked out of the room.
"What's his problem?" Jess asked. Serena just shrugged, confused by it all.
~*~
"I'll see if I can find out what's wrong with Bob," Dave said.
"Good luck," Clint said.
"Yeah, really. I'll need it to get any info out of him," Dave laughed.
Bob came back downstairs, so Dave stood up and said,"Come on Bob. I want to talk to you."
Bob didn't say anything, but he stormed out the front, leaving Dave to catch up with him.
~*~
Unknown to the rest, Bob was kind of, still in his mind. He could see and hear everything that was going on, only he couldn't control his body. It was like he was a passenger in his own body. He could feel the ghost, Jeremiah, controlling his body. He tried many times to get control, for even a second to call out to his friends, but with no such luck. He was a prisoner in his own body, with no way out.
"Why are you doing this? What are you trying to prove?" Bob yelled to Jeremiah.
"I'm not trying to prove anything. I merely have some "unfinished business" to take care of."
"But why me? Why not do it as yourself?" Bob asked.
"I need a host body to finish my task. As myself, I only float through things."
"What exactly is your task? To kill everyone in sight?"
"Not exactly. Only to kill enough people so that I may live again!"
Jeremiah's evil laugher startled Bob for a second.
"You won't get away with this! Do you hear me? My friends will be onto you, and they'll stop you!" Bob yelled frantically.
"Is that a threat or a challenge?" Jeremiah said smugly.
Bob sighed, knowing his chances of beating Jeremiah were slim to none.
~*~
"Bob, what's up with you? You seem not like yourself," Dave said.
"Don't worry about it. I've just been having a bad day," Bob said.
"Anything you want to talk about?" Dave asked.
"No," Bob said flatly.
For a split second, Jeremiah had lost control over Bob, and Bob was just able to say, "Help me Dave!"
Before Jeremiah took control again.
Dave eyed Bob, looking confused.
"Bob, are you sure you're okay?"
"Yes! I'm fine!" Bob yelled, storming off.
Dave stood there, wondering what had happened, before we headed back to De's place.
~*~
"Woah, woah, wait a minute. Tell us again what happened?" Scott said, not understanding what Dave was telling them.
"I was talking to Bob, and all of a sudden, he seemed lost for a moment, them he yelled out for me to help him. I asked what was wrong, but he just stormed off," Dave said.
"That's wierd. He yelled for you to help him, then acted fine?" Serena asked.
"Exactly," Dave said, "He was like, Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hide!"
"De, can I use the library? I want to look something up."
~*~
"You fool! What are you trying to do?!" Jeremiah demanded.
"What do you think I was doing?" Bob challenged.
"Augh! I won't happen again! I can assure you!" Jeremiah screamed, outraged.
~*~
Bob thought back to the previous night. He hadn't been able to control himself, but he could firmly grasp what was going on. HE ws doing it all. HE had rolled out of bed in the middle of the night while everyone was sound asleep. And it was HE who had snuck into the school when the only ones there was the janitor and the two helpless girls, studying away.
And it was HE who had snuck up behind them and murdered them, making them look like they had killed their own selves in a planned suicide. And finally it was HE who had thrown the weapons into the lake, making sure they were forever hidden from the world. Not Bob!
Bob shut his eyes. He could feel Jeremiah sleeping inside of him. He had the control at the moment but everyone was too mad at him to even pay attention to him. Jeremiah had complete control of everything Bob did! Bob was a spectator in his own body. Jeremiah had warned Bob that if he did anything to try to kill him than Bob would also die. For now Jeremiah was satisfyed with hurting others,
but soon he'd move onto people Bob cared for. Bob feared that most.
He stood up and walked out of the room, almost bumping into Scott. His eyes widened. Scott smiled.
"Good! We need to talk."
"Shhh!" Bob whispered, not wanting to wake HIM and have HIM be angry.
"What?" Scott asked, confused.
Bob placed a finger to his mouth. "Whisper, please!" He said softly.
"Will you talk to me if I whisper?" He asked. Bob nodded. "Ok, fine! Look, what is up with you? You've been acting like a jackass!" Scott exclaimed, his voice rising.
"SHH!" Bob almost yelled. He lowered his voice. "Look Scott, I need to tell you something but you have to promise me you won't think I'm crazy! This could be my only chance to talk to you as me!"
Scott stared around the room. "Ok, who'se gonna pop out now and say...got ya?" He laughed a bit.
"Seriously Scott! Listen ok? Just listen. When we were doing the Oujia board remember we were talking to the spirit named Jeremiah?" Bob asked.
Scott nodded. "Yeah."
Bob frowned. "Well when we all took our hands off the planchette thingy, the spirit was set free from the board. Scott, he came into me...and I've done something bad! But it wasn't me, it was the ghost."
Scott bit his bottom lip. He tried hard not to laugh. "So you are telling me that this ghost... this spook, entered into you? Is that what you're saying there?" He asked. Bob nodded sadly. Scott opened his mouth to say something but suddenly Bob jumped up.
"Get the @#%$ out of this room you bastard! Get out now before I do something I regret! I swear to god I will!" Bob yelled loudly.
Scott jumped up, worried by Bob's outburst. "Bob! What are you doing?" He asked.
Bob pushed Scott down on the floor. "Get the @#%$ out now! NOW!" He yelled. Scott ran out of the room in fear of his brother. Bob fell to the floor as the bedroom door slammed shut after Scott.
"You little @#%$!" Jeremiah yelled, taking control of Bob once more. "You're so @#%$ lucky I didn't kill that little @#%$! You try that again and it'll be sorry! You'll be the only one left in this house! And you do realize that there are 7 other people in this house, other than yourself, and 7 I think will be the
right amount to kill for my immortality!"
"You shut up! You won't hurt them! I won't let you!" Bob yelled.
Jeremiah laughed. The laugh sent chills up Bob's spine. "You're right, I won't hurt them, you will!" He continued to laugh, filling the room with the evil noise.
*~*
Scott headed to the library, where everyone else was. He was still a bit shaken from his encounter with Bob.
"Scott, what's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost!" De said, walking over to him.
"I think I might've," Scott replied, trying to calm down.
"What are you talking about?" De asked, getting worried.
Scott then proceeded to tell them about his encounter with Bob/Jeremiah.
"Oh my gosh! That would explain everything," Serena gasped.
"Do you actually think that's what happened? What if Bob was just playing a joke?" Clint suggested.
"Clint, you know Bob. You're the closest one to him. Now, think. Would Bob honestly do something
like that?" Dave asked.
Clint thought for a moment. "No, I guess not," he said slowly, "but you never know. Maybe he's doped up on crack on something."
"Clint!" Everyone said, exasperated.
"What? Just a theory," Clint smiled, trying to break the tension in the room.
"In my opinnion, I don't honestly think a ghost has possessed Bob. It seems impossible," Regan said.
"Key word there being "seems." Just because it SEEMS impossible, doesn't mean it is," Serena said.
"Well, how do we know for sure?" De asked.
"That's the problem. We don't."
~*~
Regan laughed. "Hey Serena, do you think that maybe Bob can spin his head also? How about that? Or maybe he'll be able to throw up some pea soup! Anyone got a crusifex we can give him?"
"Chill Regan!" Clint warned.
"I'm just playing. I'm sorry." Regan said, glancing out the window.
Everyone sat silently.
"Um, so what should we do?" Dave asked out of the blue.
Everyone glanced at Serena. "Well, I'm not exactly sure, but I think that if Bob is possessed, maybe it'll work if we break the Oujia board, because that's the thing that bought the ghost to us!"
Jess crossed her arms over her chest. "Do you hear yourself? You are talking crazy! There is no such things as ghosts, spirits, spooks! Whatever you want to call them there is just no such thing! I am with Regan! It's all stupid!"
"Thank you!" Regan exclaimed, glancing at Jess.
De shook her head. "I never believed it either, but I was on that board and there was no possible way anyone was moving it! It was flowing too freely! If Bob isn't possessed than what is breaking the board going to hurt?" She asked.
"So than is everyone in agreement? We'll just break the board?" Serena asked. Everyone nodded.
"Where is it?" She asked.
Scott pointed into the family room. "I remember putting it back into the box and setting it on the table."
Everyone walked into the family room.
"Ok, maybe someone put it away." Scott said, glancing at the empty table. "Did you put it back?" He asked De.
De shook her head. "No, how about you Clint?" Clint shook his head no. "Anyone else?" No one answered. "Well then, let's look for it!"
*~*
The evil nestled deep inside Bob wrote the words on the note frantically. He read over the final words a few more times and than folded it up and walked to Scott and De's room. He placed the note on Scott's pillow, before reading it once more.
Dear Scott, You know how I hate confrontation so that's why I am writing this letter. I apologize so much for the way I acted towards you! You have to understand that I made a mistake! My head was pounding and I didn't know what I was saying. Please forgive me. I don't even know what made me talk about a spirit! How fucked up is that? Lol... well, I hope you find it in your
heart to forgive your younger brother. I love you always. Bob
"I would never write those words!" Bob exclaimed. Jeremiah laughed. "Well you did! Live with it! And right about now, everyone downstairs thinks you are crazy! This is all working out perfectly. Wait till tonight Bob when all the magic goes down!"
"What are you talking about?" Bob asked.
The demon laughed hard. "Don't ask stupid questions! Don't worry, you'll find out all in good time!"
*~*
"Do you think maybe Bob did something with it?" De asked.
"Maybe," Serena said, lost in thought.
Scott headed upstairs to look for the board.
He then noticed the note on the bed.
Scott picked it up, and read it.
"Hey guys!" Scott called to the others.
"What is it?" Clint asked, coming into the room, followed by the others.
Scott handed Clint the note.
"So, it's not a ghost afterall?" Clint asked.
"I don't know guys. Even if Bob did write the note, it still wouldn't be like him to totally flip out like that," Dave said.
"He has a point. I think we should try to figure out what's going on without Bob knowing. Even if we did destroy the board, what good would it do? What if there really IS a ghost, and by us getting rid of the board, that just makes the spirit live? We have just totally over looked these things. If there is a
ghost, we may need the board to send it back," Jess pointed out.
"What could we do?" Regan asked.
"I have an idea. What if we stayed up tonight and waited to see if Bob goes anywhere or does anything. You know, act like we can't sleep, and see if Bob goes outside or anything. If he does, we could follow him and see what's up," Serena said.
"Yeah, but if we ALL stay up, it would seem suspicious. How about 2 of us stay up, while the others stay in their rooms, waiting for them to come get them if anything's up. Like, act like we're asleep or something," Dave said.
~*~
Scott and Clint offered to stay up for the night. They sat together at the end of the hallway. Clint rubbed his eyes sleepily. "This is ridiculous Scott! I feel like we're holding our brother hostage!"
Scott pretended to hold a gun. "Maybe we are Clint!"
Clint sat silent for a moment, thinking deeply. "Do you think maybe Bob has split personalities?" He asked.
Scott laughed. "No, I think he's just deranged. I'm not too sure what to think of all this but whatever it is, I plan to get to the bottom of it!"
"You're right." Clint leaned his head on the wall, staring up at the ceiling.
"I'm getting sleepy!" He concluded.
"Don't leave me now man!" He exclaimed.
Clint laughed. "I'm fine, just a bit drowsy." He stood up. "I'll go make us some coffee to keep us up.
Ok?" He asked.
"That'll work!" Scott said, standing up. He stretched his arms and fell to the floor once more. "I'll wait here." He said.
*~*
Regan opened up the bedroom door. "De?" She whispered.
"What?" De asked, lifting her head up off the pillow.
"Can you sleep?" Regan asked, sitting on the edge.
De shook her head. "No!" She exclaimed. "This isn't what I am used to! I feel like if I fall asleep I won't wake up. There is so much paranoia in this house! I don't deal well with it!"
"Care for some company than?" Regan asked, sliding under the covers. De nodded. "Sure!"
Regan pulled the covers up to her chin. "Wait a minute." She said aloud.
"What?" De asked.
Regan laughed. "Did you clean these covers? I don't want to sleep in any unknown substances!" De threw her pillow at her friend as the two broke into a fit of laughter.
*~*
"Get up guys!" Dave exclaimed, running into the hallway.
Scott and Clint lifted their heads. "@#%$ man! We fell asleep!" Scott yelled, jumping up.
"I told you to just give me five minutes!" Clint yelled at Scott.
"Well sorry! I was tired!" He retaliated.
Dave held up a hand. "Shut up! Jess isn't in bed and she's not downstairs!" He cried out.
"Well where is she?" Clint asked.
Dave shrugged. "I wouldn't be in such a panic if I knew!"
The other bedroom doors opened and Regan and De walked out of one while Bob and Serena walked
out of the other. "What's going on?" De asked, rubbing her eyes.
"Jess is missing!" Scott said.
"Did you check everywhere?" Serena asked.
Dave nodded. "Yeah! I am so worried! I woke up and she wasn't there!"
"Well, let's look!" Regan exclaimed. Serena, Scott and De all ran down the steps, looking everywhere.
Bob and Clint went to the third floor to look while Dave and Regan stayed looking on the second floor.
Suddenly Regan let out a loud scream. "I found her!" She yelled at the top of her lungs. Everyone ran into the bathroom. Regan pointed to the bathtub where Jess's lifeless body lay still. An empty pill botle lay inches from her hand.
"What'd you do?" Dave yelled, glaring at Bob who stood at the doorway.
"What!?" Bob yelled. "You can't blame this on me! She killed herself! You can see the pill bottle right there!" He defended himself.
"You planned this! Didn't you?" Dave yelled, stepping closer to Bob.
"Don't yell at him!" Serena exclaimed, jumping between the two. "We don't know what happened yet!"
"You better be telling the truth!" Dave exclaimed, still staring Bob down.
*~*
"Oh my god! How could you do that?!" Bob yelled at Jeremiah.
"Easy, that's how," Jeremiah laughed.
"I can't believe you! Leave my friends out of this!" Bob yelled.
"Why should I?" Jeremiah challenged.
Bob couldn't thik of what to say.
"Ha! That's what I thought," Jeremiah said smugly.
Bob sighed, trying to think of something to do.
"It's no use Bob. I can read whatever you're thinking," Jeremiah said.
Bob then realized that he had to keep his thoughts clear. He could always wait until Jeremiah was asleep. The he could... wait. What COULD he do?
~*~
De hung the phone up. "The police just called. They said that it appears to be a suicide because there are no signs of a struggle and the whole bottle of pills were found in her."
"See! I told you I didn't kill her!" Bob exclaimed, slumping on the couch next to Serena and Dave.
"I guess I owe you an apology." Dave said softly. "Sorry." He whispered.
"Yeah! You know it! I get blamed for everything. Why would I even want to kill Jess? Huh? Just answer me that!"
"I said sorry Bob, you don't need to press the issue!" Dave yelled, jumping up.
"Whatever!" Bob exclaimed. He ran up the steps quickly.
The room was silent for a while. "Why do you think she would have killed herself?" Regan asked suddenly.
Everyone glanced at Dave. "I don't know!" He spazzed.
"Maybe it was cause of her friends!" Scott suggested.
"Yeah, that's probably why." Dave said, standing up. "Should we go home?" He asked, looking at De.
De shrugged. "If you'd like, you can. But I don't see why you have to."
Scott nodded. "Yeah! Let's just stay here for a couple more days. I like this solitude."
*~*
Bob stared out the window. He tried hard not to think of anything but it was so hard. "You do realize that now we have to plan who is next on the list!" Jeremiah said suddenly. We have one down, six more to go!"
"There will be no more!" Bob demanded.
Jeremiah laughed. "Bob, there is something you aren't understanding that I think you should. When you are with me, you'll have eternal life! Together, we can make things happen and we won't get caught! Do you realize that?" He asked Bob.
Bob gritted his teeth, trying to keep his mind clear. "I don't want that! I want to be myself again! I don't want anymore deaths, nothing! Just stop it all!" Bob yelled.
"I'm sorry Bob, but that isn't going to be happening! I am too strong for you. I am you now! You have lost all control!" Jeremiah explained. Bob continued to stare out the window as a single tear rolled down his cheek. "Ok crybaby!" Jeremiah began. "Who is next on our list?"
*~*
"You know, I'm really starting to believe that Bob isn't himself. Something happened to him," Serena said quietly.
"What do you mean? The thing with the ghost?" Regan asked.
"Exactly. I'm really staring to believe that the ghost, Jeremiah, has control over him," Serena said.
"Well, how do we find out? Even if we do, what can we do to get rid of it?" De asked.
"I think we really know that the ghost DOES have him. Think. Bob never acted like he has. I'm not totally sure what we could do to get rid of it. Maybe an exorcism or something," Serena said thoughtfully.
"An Exor-what?" Scott asked, confused.
"An exorcism. A ritual performed to rid a person or place of evil spirits," Serena said.
"How would we do that? Wouldn't we have to keep Bob or Jeremiah quiet and still?" Dave asked.
"Yeah, but I'm sure we could do it. It's worth a try," Serena said.
"Ok, so what do we have to do?" De asked, sitting on the couch next to Scott. Scott wrapped his arm over his girlfriend. "Rent the movie and pop some popcorn." He joked. Everyone but Serena and Dave laughed.
"Look guys, I've seen the movie and if it's all true, we'll need some holy water, a bible, and a cross!" She began counting the things off on her fingers.
"And a couple priests!" Clint exclaimed. Serena thought for a moment. "Do you go to church?" She asked Clint.
"Once in awhile." He answered. She looked from De to Regan. "How about any of you?" She asked.
De nodded. "We go every other week. My dad has a thing for one of the ladies there."
Serena smiled. "Ok, good, so are you up to reading a bit?" She asked. De nodded as the two girls went off to get all the things nescessary. Serena stopped. "Hey guys, your job is to now get Bob or Jeremiah, whoever it is, tied down in the bed!" They disappeared down the dark hallway.
"Let's go!" Scott exclaimed, starting up the steps. They walked towards the room where Bob was located. Scott knocked on the door. Bob cracked it open.
"SHHH!" Bob hushed.
"Look Bob, Jeremiah, whoever I'm talking to..." Clint began but Bob held up a hand.
"It's sleeping! I can hear him snoring. I don't know what to do guys!" Bob began, his eyes falling sadly to the ground.
Dave stepped forward. "So we're talking to Bob now? The real Bob?" He asked. Bob nodded.
"Till he wakes up." Bob said softly.
"What's it like?" Regan asked curiously. Bob sat on the bed.
"I don't really know. It's like, I can see everything that is going on, but I'm somewhere else. I can't speak what I want to say, I can't do what I want to do. Jeremiah does it all. And I try to talk to him to get him to stop but I can't! And he can read my thoughts too. It's so scary! He's been really angry and I was worried he wouldn't sleep." Bob explained. Everyone was silent.
Scott walked over to Bob's suitcase and pulled out a belt. "What are you going to do? Beat me?" Bob asked, trying to joke.
Scott shook his head. "Serena thinks she has a way to rid you from Jeremiah. She wants to perform an exorcism."
"We have to tie you down to the bed though, just in case he wakes up!" Clint explained.
Bob stared out the window, silently. "Ok, better hurry up though before he wakes up."
*~*
"Stay out here, ok?" Serena explained. "De and I will get you guys when it's all done."
"We should be in there too." Dave exclaimed.
De shook her head. "Guys, it could get rough." She said.
"And you think that you guys can handle it alone! You need us!" Scott exclaimed.
De glanced at Serena who nodded her head. "Scott, why don't you just stay in with us." She said. He glanced back at everyone else as they seated themselves in the hallway. The three walked into the room. Bob lay perfectly still, staring up at the ceiling. The three stared at him. "Bob?" De asked softly.
There was no answer. "Jeremiah?" Serena asked.
"You won't be able to do it! Professionals can only perform exorcisms! You think you can beat me but you can't! I could kill you all in one easy thrust!" Jeremiah yelled. Scott stood in the corner. It was his brother's voice, his brother's body, his brother's features, but that wasn't his brother. De opened the bible.
"What now?" She asked, glancing at Serena.
"Read the prayer!" Serena yelled. De began to read the words on the page. "Louder!" Serena yelled.
De read louder. "Scott, hold the cross on his forehead!" De instructed.
Jeremiah shouted obscenities at Scott as he placed the cross on his forehead. "You can't do this to me Scott! If you kill him, he'll kill me too!" The monster yelled, staring up at Scott. Scott took the cross of his forehead. "Don't listen to him Scott! That's not Bob! Don't fall for it!" Serena yelled. She glanced at De who had stopped reading. "Read De! Keep going!" She yelled.
Scott shut out the voice and placed the cross back on Bob's forehead. Serena walked around the bed as she threw the holy water on Bob's body, forming it into a cross. Tiny wounds began to form on his body where the water was hitting. "It's hurting him!" Scott yelled to De.
De shook her head. "No it's not, it's hurting Jeremiah!" She yelled. De's voice grew louder as she read the prayer once more.
Suddenly the only light that was in the room blew out as everything went dark. *~*
"Do you think everything is ok in there?" Regan asked.
Clint shrugged. "I don't know. It was loud but now it's all quiet! Should we go in?" He asked, glancing at Dave.
Dave shook his head. "They told us to wait here. Let's do that." They were silent for awhile longer. Suddenly there was a loud scream from the room and the three burst into the room. "What happened?" Dave asked frantically.
There was an eerie silence in the room. Serena stood by Bob's bed. He appeared to be sleeping silently. De and Scott stood holding each other. The window hung wide open. "I think it's all over."
Serena said softly. "Who screamed?" Clint asked.
"It was me." De said. "The window flew open just as you guys opened up the door. It was sooo scary!" She said. Scott squeezed her tightly.
"Is he ok?" Scott asked, glancing at Bob. Serena felt for a pulse. She smiled. "Yeah, I think he's fine. I think it's all over!" She said with a grin.
"Really? That's it! Bob's better?" Dave asked. "You heard
her!" De exclaimed. "Now I am beat as hell! Let's all go to bed and see what happens tomorrow." "Let
me get the belts off first." Serena said. Regan held her hand out to stop Serena. "What in case the
ghost isn't gone? Then you'll be in trouble!" She said. Serena nodded. "True! Good thinking. Ok guys,
let's get to bed!"
*~*
Bob woke up the next morning with a start. He tried to move, but he realized he was tied down to the
bed. Memories from last night hit him full force. Jeremiah was gone forever. He was free.
"Serena, wake up!" Bob said.
"Huh, Bob?" Serena asked.
"Yeah, can you please untie me?" Bob asked. Serena untied him quickly, and wrapped her arms around
him.
"Bob, I'm so glad you're okay," Serena whispered.
"Me too," Bob said, hugging her tightly.
*~*
Regan woke up around 10:00. She tried to sit up, but she couldn't.
"It's no use. You're mine now," came a loud, booming voice.
"What? What happened? Who are you?" Regan demanded.
"I'm sure you remember me. Does Jeremiah sound familiar?"
"Oh no. You're not saying that..." Regan trailed off, realization hitting.
"As I said, you're mine now."

PART 3
"Hey baby!" Clint said, rolling onto his side to see his girlfriend wide awake. "I had a dream last night.
Bet you can't guess what happened?" He asked with a grin.
Regan sat up. "You realized that I really don't care?" She asked. She stood up and stretched.
"Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed!" Clint exclaimed, throwing his covers off of him.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"I'm not me!" Regan screamed loudly, even though the words didn't actually come out of her mouth.
"He can't hear you!" Jeremiah thought deeply.
Clint wrapped his arms over Regan's waist and began to kiss her neck softly.
"So what do you say...before we go downstairs?" He asked.
"I say I'll see ya down there!" She pushed his arms off of her and walked out of the room.
"Woman and their time of the month!" Clint exclaimed, rolling his eyes.
*~*
Bob sat down with his bowl of cereal. He stared at everyone around the table as he realized they were
staring back. "What?" He asked.
De smiled. "So! Are you Bob?" She asked.
Bob nodded. "Yeah. But I am extremely sore!" He said. There were small cuts on his face where the
cross had been and the holy water had splashed. He looked around the table once more. "Where's
Jess?" He asked.
Dave almost dropped his spoon. "You don't remember?" He asked. Bob shook his head no.
"She died." Scott answered.
Bob thought silently for a moment. "I didn't um...did I?" He asked, not finding the words.
Serena shook her head. "No, she killed herself. What do you remember?" She asked.
"I remember the whole exorcism and I remember a couple hours before that. But everything else is
just a blur." He answered.
"It's hot in here!" Regan exclaimed, opening up the window above the sink.
Everyone stared at her puzzled. "Regan, there's snow on the ground!" De pointed out. "It's below zero
out there!"
"That time of the month." Clint whispered softly. Everyone laughed.
*~*
De grabbed Scott's hand as everyone cleaned up their plates. "Let's go for a walk!" She said, leading
him out the back door. Scott wrapped his arm around her as the cold wind hit them hard. They began
walking down to the lake that lay behind De's house.
"It's so nice!" Scott exclaimed. "And we're alone!" De pointed out. Scott smiled as he kissed her,
slipping his tongue between her lips. De pulled away. "Wait, before that, let's sit down!" She led him to
a clean spot in the snow and they both sat down. Scott again pressed his lips to hers.
De ran her hands under Scott's shirt, feeling his chest. He lowered her closer to the ground, keeping
their lips together the whole time. "Ouch!" De exclaimed as something dug deep into her back. Scott
pulled away. "What?" He asked, hoping he hadn't hurt her. De shrugged. She turned around and looked
at what had hurt her. She wiped away some of the snow as she saw a sharp corned. "What the..." her
voice trailed off. Soon enough more of the object was exposed. De picked it up.
"The Oujia board! What's it doing this far out?" She asked. Scott thought for a moment. "Maybe Bob
had placed it out here...or actually Jeremiah."
"Yeah, that's probably it." De agreed. "Should I bring it in?" She asked. Scott pulled it away from her.
"No way! This thing is too much trouble!" He threw it deep it off into the distance as his lips met De's
once more.
*~*
"Hey guys, where did Scott and De go?" Bob asked.
"I think they went outside," Serena said, wrapping her arms around Bob's neck.
"But it's below zero!" Bob exclaimed.
"I know. But you know them. Sex, sex, sex!" Serena laughed.
"I know what you mean. I'm not going to be the one who has to go get them!" Dave laughed.
"I'm sure they'll come in eventually. It'll get too cold for them," Clint said.
"Yeah right! They'll probably melt all the snow away!" Dave snickered.
"Dave, please! The mental image is not a good one!" Clint exclaimed, grabbing his head.
Everyone laughed at him.
"What?" Clint asked innocently.
"Nothing. Speaking of where Scott and De are, where's Regan?" Serena asked, noticing she wasn't in
the room with them.
"I don't know. She was here a minute ago," Bob said.
"I'll go look for her," Clint said, getting up.
"I'm sure you will!" Dave exclaimed.
"Hahaha. Funny, Dave. Real funny!" Clint said scarcastically.
"What? I thought so!" Dave grinned.
~*~
De rolled over so that she was on top of Scott again. She trailed kisses down his neck, and rested at
the base, gently nipping his skin. She smiled to herself, as a slight pink/purple mark appeared on Scott's
neck. She brought her lips to Scott's again, their tounges fighting their own little wrestling match.
De trailed her left hand down Scott's chest and stomach, while she tangled the other in his spikey hair.
Her hand reached Scott's belt buckle, and she quickly undid it, along with the button and zipper of his
jeans.
~*~
"Regan, where are you?" Clint asked, looking for his girlfriend. "What is it?" Regan asked hastily,
coming out of the bedroom. "Woah, chill out. I was just worried about you. You just disappeared so
suddenly. Are you okay?" Clint asked.
"Yes. I'm fine! Stop asking!" Regan said, and stormed off.
~*~
Scott placed his hand on De's head as she worked her mouth up and down his shaft. "Don't stop De!"
He said in total ecstasy. His head flew back as his orgasm neared. De moved her head away as Scott
exploded. "Oh god!" He yelled out.
De laughed. "Anything else?" She asked with a grin. Scott whirled her onto her back. "My turn now!"
He began to unzip her pants slowly, torturing her with his lazy pace. De bit her bottom lip coyly as she
anticipated Scott's next move. He carefully slid her pants down. Scott than slid her underwear slowly
off after that. As the white snow hit her skin, De cried out in surprise. "Careful! It's cold." Scott said
with a grin.
De smiled. "Yeah, I figured that." Scott bent his head down, kissing a trail up De's inner thigh.
"What are you doing?" A cross voice asked, interrupting the two.
Scott whirled around, trying to cover De as best as he could. "Regan!" He exclaimed in surprise. "This
is twice now!" He said, trying to make a little joke.
"What are you doing?" She asked again, paying no attention to Scott's words. De pulled her pants up
and sat up. "Well, what does it look like?" She asked with a grin.
Regan kept the stern look on her face. Her arms stayed crossed over her chest. "Do you realize that it
is almost 0 degrees out here?" She asked. De stood up. "Yeah, but it's kind of sexy, don't you think?"
She asked. Regan dropped her arms. "If you aren't careful you could get yourself killed!" She turned
around and walked back to the house.
"Ok, now I know you two are best friends, but that was weird." Scott exclaimed.
De nodded. "She's a weird girl! Now where were we?"

Dave flicked the light off as he climbed into bed. He stretched his muscles.
"Going to bed now?" A voice asked.
Dave sat up. "Bob! @#%$ you scared me!" He yelled.
Bob laughed. "Sorry man! I was just getting ready to go to bed and I saw you flipping the lights out!"
"I'm beat!" Dave exclaimed, stretching his arms over his head.
"Well, I guess I'll leave you to sleep now! Everyone else is sound asleep already!"
"Night Bob!" Dave said softly.
"Night bro!" Bob shut the door behind him.
Dave placed his head on the pillow and rolled over on his side. He sighed as he remember a couple
nights before when Jess laid by his side. Suddenly a cold breeze filled the room. Dave sat up. He
noticed the window open. He walked over. "Weird! Thought I shut that." He shut it. Suddenly Dave
felt a strong hand cover his mouth.
"It's no use to scream so don't even try!" The familiar voice said softly into his ear.
Dave's eyes widened as he felt the other strong hand hold up his right wrist.
The other hand let go of Dave's mouth and slashed his wrist.
Dave attempted to scream but the hand was back over his mouth. His murderer was too strong. He
was caught. "So Dave, answer me this, do you think that this is what Jess was like when I did this to
her?" The figure whirled in front of Dave. The blood dripped onto the floor quickly.
"Regan...why?" Dave stammered out slowly.
"I'm not Regan! Don't you remember me?" Jeremiah asked. He laughed a laugh of pure evil. "Two
done...five more to go."
The demon placed their hand once more over Dave's mouth until he fell to the floor in one quick
motion.

Regan slipped into her and Clint's bedroom, trying not to wake him up.
"Regan?" Clint asked sleepily.
"@#%$," Regan cursed under her breath.
"Yeah?" Regan asked, slipping into bed.
"Where were you?" Clint asked.
"I... was in the bathroom," Regan said quickly.
"Oh, okay. Are you alright?" Clint asked, putting an arm around her waist.
"Yes! I'm fine! Why is everyone always asking?"
Regan demanded, turning her back to him.
"I don't know. You don't seem to be acting like yourself," Clint said.
"I'm fine. I just am not having a good day," Regan said hastily.
"Want to talk about it?" Clint asked her.
"No," Regan said flatly.
Clint sighed, knowing he wasn't going to get any more info from her.
~*~
"De, you awake?" Scott asked quietly.
"Yeah, can't sleep?" De asked, turning in the bed to face him.
"No..." Scott grinned.
"Don't tell me you're horny AGAIN," De laughed.
"How'd you guess?" Scott asked.
"Gee, let me think. You can't sleep, it's 2:00 in the morning, and you're asking me if I'm awake. I think
it was a dead give away!" De exclaimed.
"So... can you give me a hand?" Scott asked, making a puppy dog face.
"Nice pun Scott! Real nice. I'll make you a deal. If I help you, you have to let me get some sleep," De
said.
"Okay, you win. But you'll owe me tomarrow!" Scott smiled.
"Deal," De said, before she cuddled next to him, trailing her hand down his chest.
She slowly and teasingly slid her hand into his boxers.
"Oh, god," Scott moaned.
De worked her hand into a rhythm, and Scott instincively thrusted his hips. He was extremely turned
on. De slid his boxers down his legs, and continued stroking him with one hand, while with the other,
she squeezed his balls gently.
"Oh, god, De..." Scott trailed off as the intense orgasm took over.
Scott came with an intense force, and he fell back down onto the pillow.
"All better?" De smiled, laying her head on his chest.
~*~
Regan stared at the ceiling, wanting so bad for the demon inside to sleep. "I can read your thoughts!
And I've learned my lesson. I can go for sometime with no sleep so it looks like you are out of luck!"
Jeremiah said. Regan tried to shut him out of her brain but it wasn't working. She tried hard to cover
her ears but couldn't move her arms. "You have no control dear Regan. I am you now! In fact, you are
no more! And soon you won't even have your mind!"
"You won't get away with this!" Regan exclaimed.
Jeremiah laughed. "They think I'm dead! Dave killed himself! Or so it looks. And you know why he did
it? He did it cause Jess killed herself and she was his life!" There was silence for awhile. Clint's
breathing was the only sound in the room. "I should learn to be a bit more like you though, don't you
think! That way any suspicion will be vanished."
Regan felt hot tears willing to come out but knew there was no way they'd be falling. "Clint." Regan's
voice called out softly. Clint opened his eyes and rolled over slowly. "You aren't going to yell at me are
you?" He asked.
Regan laughed. "Of course not! Look, I realize I've been a bitch! I'm sorry! Let me make it up to you!"
She climbed on top of him. Clint rolled onto his back and stared up at his girlfriend. "There's the Regan
I've always loved! Today I was concerned you were turning into somone else." There was an uneasy
laugh. "That's me, 100% Regan!" She brought her lips down to Clints as they kissed.
*~*
"De! Get up!" Scott said suddenly.
De groaned. "You promised Scott!" She whined. "If you need something done, talk to your right hand!"
Scott laughed. "Not that! I was thinking...in the exorcist, remember the spirit went into that one guy
and than he killed himself, killing the spirit also! We didn't do that! So what happened to the spirit?" He
asked. De sighed. "I don't know! It went to hell probably! Or maybe back in the board!"
"It's all too weird if you ask me!" Scott said.
De grinned. "That's why no one asked you! Now please, let me sleep!"
*~*
Bob crossed his arms over his chest. "Serena! Are you awake?" Bob asked.
"No, I'm not!" Serena said with her face buried in the pillow.
Bob smiled. "Good, you're up!"
Serena sat up and propped herself on her elbow. "Why aren't you sleeping?" She asked.
"Cause I had a nightmare! And I just remembered this...while Jeremiah was in me, I had nightmares
every night. Like, I could see his life in my mind. I think he was one of the criminals killed in that lake
back there." Bob explained.
Serena twirled a piece of her hair around her finger. "And that's what your nightmare was about?" She
asked.
"Yeah! Like, I was in Jeremiah's body. I was Jeremiah! And I was being led to the lake. Than they
like, stabbed me and than threw me into the river. My hands and feet were tied and I just sunk to the
bottom. Than I woke up! Weird huh!" He commented.
"Very! They're normal sounding though! They'll fade away." Serena said. Bob nodded. "You sure?"
He asked.
"Very! I'm just glad everything is back to normal!"
"Me too!" He kissed his girlfriend softly on the lips before drifting off to sleep.
*~*
The next morning, De woke up, and felt something wet on her neck.
"Morning," Scott grinned.
"Hey," De said sleepily.
Scott went back to sucking and nipping her neck.
"Scott, is that all you ever enjoy doing?" De asked.
"You mean besides you?" Scott grinned.
"Haha. Very funny," De smiled.
She got up and threw some sweat clothes on.
Scott wrapped his arms around her from behind.
"Are you planning on getting dressed?" De asked. "What's the point of getting dressed if you're just
going to take my clothes off later?" Scott grinned.
"Good point. But I don't think the others would appreciate you walking around stark naked," De said.
"I guess you're right," Scott said, and pulled on some clothes.
They went downstairs, and everyone else was sitting in the living room.
Scott noticed that Dave wasn't in sight, so he said, "Guys, where's Dave?"
~*~
"Probably sleeping still!" Regan chirped in.
Bob nodded. "Yeah, last night before he went to bed, he was saying he was beat. You know him when
he's tired!" He commented.
Scott laughed. "Well, we won't be seeing him till tonight!" Everyone laughed.
"Let's do something today! Something other than sitting around." Regan said suddenly.
"And spying on us!" De added.
Regan shrugged. "Sorry dude!"
"Dude?" Clint asked.
"Oops, dudette!" She thought for a moment. "There's that ski place right down the street! We can even
walk! Let's go there. I've always wanted to try...um...what's the thing called with the skateboard, but
no wheels, and um..."
"Snowboard?" Serena asked.
"Sure! Yeah! Let's do it!" Regan exclaimed.
Bob nodded. "Sounds fun. I'll go get Dave!"
"No!" Regan yelled. "Would you like it if you were waken up when you were beat! Let him sleep.
We'll write him a note and he can come down if he decides to!"
"She has a point. Let's go." Clint said.
*~*
Once everyone actually got their coats on and out the door, it was around noon.
"Man, it's cold as hell out here!" Bob exclaimed.
"Bob, hell isn't exactly cold, is it?" Scott asked.
Bob thought for a moment.
"Well, I guess not," he said.
Everyone laughed at how slow he was.
"What?" Bob asked.
"Nothing," Clint said.
~*~
"You sure we shouldn't check on Dave?" Serena asked as they all stepped onto the front porch.
"Positive!" Regan exclaimed, placing her hands on her hips. "Now let's get our asses moving!" They all
walked out into the cold air. Regan pulled her jacket over her.
"This'll be fun!" Jeremiah whispered in Regan's mind.
"What are you going to do?" Regan asked.
"Just wait and see! I can't give you a sneak preview! Too easy!" Jeremiah hissed. Regan tried hard to
run back to the house but Jeremiah moved her body on. "Haven't you learned yet Regan dear, you're
mine!"
*~*
"I have no clue what I am doing!" De exclaimed as Scott finished hooking her into the snowboard.
"It's easy and fun babe! Don't worry!" Scott said, fixing his own board.
De laughed. "That's what they all say, right before they hit the tree." She looked around. "Anyone else
ever do this?" She asked.
Serena nodded. "We used to always do it in the winter! It's awesome."
"Care to race me down the hill?" Regan asked, grinning.
Clint laughed. "You're kidding me right? You didn't even know what the thing was called five minutes
ago."
"I'm pretty confident I know what I am doing!" Regan said, fixing her board.
Serena smiled. "Sure you are Reg, but see, I've been doing this for awhile, this is your first time. It's
really not as easy as it looks."
"I know what I am doing!" Regan yelled almost.
"Regan, she's serious. It's scary the first time and when you fall, you fall hard!" Bob commented.
"Well than I'll learn my lesson, won't I? So what do you say Serena? Wanna race me down this hill?"
Regan pointed down the hill.
Serena examined it. "It's really steep. I'm not so sure if we should go down that one."
"Chicken?" Regan asked.
"No! I just don't..." Serena stopped as Regan interrupted her.
"You're chicken!" She exclaimed.
Serena frowned. "Fine! Let's do it! Get hurt if you want to."
Regan grinned. "Ok, glad you finally agreed. Ready?" She asked, bending her knees.
Serena got into position. "Count of three...1, 2...3!" She yelled. They both jumped a bit and were off.
"Whoa! You sure Regan's never snowboarded before?" De asked as the two went fast down the hill.
*~*
"Look Regan! I don't know what you're trying to prove!" Serena yelled, jumping off a small snow hill.
"What? Can't hear you!" Regan said loudly. They went at a quick speed down the hill.
"Are you ready for some action?" Jeremiah asked Regan.
Regan screamed even though she knew no sound was coming from her mouth. "You can't do
anything! Don't hurt her!" She yelled. Jeremiah just laughed. He manuevered the snowboard so it was
closer to Serena.
"What are you doing?" Serena asked as Regan began to slide in front of her.
"Having fun!" Regan yelled. She came to a stop, sending snow flying in Serena's face. Serena began to
wipe her eyes, not noticing the huge rock.
"Watch out!" Regan yelled, softly. She laughed to herself as she watched Serena go flying over the
rock, landing on the ground with a sickening thud.
Regan placed her hands on her hips. She could hear the rest of the group, slowly making their way
down the hill. She took a deep breath and walked over to Serena's side. Serena was out cold. "Uh oh."
She said with a grin.
"You're caught now!" Regan yelled to Jeremiah.
Jeremiah laughed the evil laugh. "That's what you think. Let's see if my acting skills paid off." He took
a deep breath. "Serena!" He yelled. "Someone help us! Help!" The voice echoed throughout the
mountain.
"Oh my god! Regan, what happened?" Bob asked, sliding by her side.
"Don't move her!" Scott said, coming in next to Bob.
De stood behind the three, with Clint by her side. "What happened?" She asked.
Regan looked up at De and Clint. "I don't know. I think it's all my fault! I think that I accidently got
snow in her eyes and it blinded her for a bit and she didn't see the rock!" Tears started to flow from
her eyes, not Regan's tears though, Jeremiah's tears. "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to..." Her voice
trailed off.
Clint helped her up. "It wasn't your fault baby! She had an accident! It was all an accident."
"Yeah Reg, just an accident!" De said with a smile. Regan nodded. "Yeah, only an accident."
*~*
Serena moaned and opened her eyes. She looked around and saw the others standing in the white rrom
with her. With the exception of Dave.
"Serena, are you okay?" Bob asked, sitting next her in the bed.
"Where am I?" Serena asked.
"You're in the hospital. You fell while snowboarding, and hit your head. The doctor said you might have
a soncussion," Bob said.
Clint then came back into the room.
"Did you call Dave?" Scott asked.
"Yeah, but he's not answering the phone," Clint replied.
"What? It's around 3 in the afternoon!" Scott exclaimed.
"I know. I'm getting worried about him. I'm going to go make sure he's okay," Clint said.
"Why?!" Regan exclaimed, jumping up.
"I mean, I'm sure he went out to the store or something," Regan said.
"Yeah, well, I'm going to go check anyway," Clint said.
"Do you have to?" Regan demanded.
"Yes! Regan what's wrong?" Clint asked.
"Nothing. Go, go she if he's okay," Regan said.
Clint nodded, and left.
"Come on everyone! Serena needs her sleep," the doctor said, coming into the room.
"Will she be okay?" De asked.
"Yes, but we need to do some testing to make sure it's only a concussion," Dr. Kay said.
"Can Bob stay?" Serena asked weakly.
"Who's Bob?" Dr. Kay asked.
"I am," Bob said, getting Dr. Kay's attention.
"Are you her boyfriend?" Dr. Kay asked.
"Yes," Bob said, and nodded.
"Okay, but everyone else has to leave. You can visit Serena tomarrow," Dr. Kay said, ushering them
out of the room.
~*~
Clint got back to De's place, and went inside.
"Dave!" he called, while walking up the stairs.
"Dave," he said louder.
Clint went to Dave's door. Pressing his ear against it, he didn't hear anything.
He knocked on the door loudly.
"Dave, open up!" Clint demanded.
When there was no answer, he twisted the doorknob, to discover it was locked.
"Dave, stop playing around! Open up the door!" Clint yelled.
Still no answer.
Clint heard the others come in from downstairs, so he went down.
"Did you find Dave?" Scott asked.
"I think so. He's still in his room, but he won't answer, and it's locked," Clint said.
"Locked? Why would he lock it?" Scott wondered.
"I don't know. De, do you have a key to open the door?" Clint asked her.
"Yeah, I'll go get it," De said.
~*~
Bob sat patiently in the waiting room, waiting for Dr. Kay to tell him what's up with Serena.
Just then, Dr. Kay came in.
Bob jumped up, and went over to him.
"How is she?" Bob asked.
"Well, she has a servere concussion, and the damage was at damgerous levels," Dr. Kay began.
"But is she going to make it?" Bob interrupted him.
"We're not sure. She still being operated on and this operation will determine if she makes it or not,"
Dr. Kay said.
"So you're saying that if she makes it through surgery, she'll live and if not, she won't?" Bob asked.
"Basically, yes," Dr. Kay said quietly.
~*~
Regan walked up the steps behind everyone else as they headed towards Dave's room. "This is it." She
exclaimed in her mind. "You're going to get caught Jeremiah!" Jeremiah just laughed.
"Ok, so this will work?" Clint asked, holding the key in his hand.
De nodded. "It's the skeleton key. It'll open any door in the house." She stepped infront of Clint. "Wait
though." She knocked on the door. "Dave, you in there?" She called, hoping he'd answer the door.
"Maybe he's really angry at something!" Scott suggested.
"Just open the door!" Regan exclaimed.
Clint nodded. He placed the key into the lock and turned it. The door pushed open. "Dave?" He called,
stepping in. There was no one. De pointed towards the bed where a huge pile of covers were piled up.
"Look, he still must be sleeping." She walked over and patted his arm. "Dave, you ok buddy?" She
asked. She pulled her hand away quickly. "Dave." She called.
"What's wrong?" Scott asked, walking by her side.
"He's so cold!" She exclaimed. Scott rolled him onto his back. Dave's arm fell to the side and there
they noticed the slash. Everyone gasped. "No!" Scott yelled. He reached down, looking for a pulse
even though he knew his brother was dead.
Clint covered his mouth. "Oh my god!" He exclaimed. Regan wrapped her arms over him. Everyone
stared down in silence, the only sound was the sobs that came from Clint, followed by Scott.
*~*
~*~3 weeks later~*~
"What is with all of the death?" Bob asked as they sat in the booth of the pizza place. Clint stirred the
straw in his soda glass. "First those two girls, than Jess, than Dave, than Serena died in the operation."
Bob bit his bottom lip in order not to burst into tears. "Her parents are suing the doctors I heard." "I still
want to know why Dave killed himself!" Scott exclaimed. De wrapped her arm over his shoulders.
"Don't worry yourself with stuff like that babe!" She exclaimed. Scott shrugged. "I can't help it. He
was my brother."
"Maybe cause Jess was his love, and she killed herself, and he couldn't live without her, so he did the
same." Regan suggested, taking a bite of her pizza. Clint glanced over. "Where did you get the huge
appetite?" He asked. Regan shrugged, taking another slice of pizza. Clint shrugged. "Well, hopefully the
killings are all over." He said.
Regan dropped her pizza. "Killings? There are no murderers! Killings are when there are murderers.
It's the stupid people who killed themselves! You know what we should do! We should have another
week over at De's! That was fun! Let's do it again."
De shrugged. "I don't know. My parents aren't home again, but remember all the bad things that
happened before?" Regan rolled her eyes. "Bull! The evil is dead! Bob is fine! Everything is fine! Let's
do it!" Clint smiled. "I'm up for that! It'll get our minds off of everything." Scott nodded. "Yeah, and we
had some fun last time." He said, winking at De.
Bob thought for a moment. "Ok! Let's do it!"
*~*
"Okay, everyone remember their rooms?" De asked, as everyone followed her into her house.
"I think we do," Clint smiled.
"I sure do!" Scott exclaimed, grabbing De's hand and pulled her upstairs.
"Oh god! Can't they ever wait?" Bob exclaimed.
"I guess not!" Clint said.
They went upstairs to the rooms that they had stayed at before.
"So, since Scott and De seem to be busy, why don't we have a little fun?" Clint grinned, wrapping his
arms around Regan.
Jeremiah thought for a second, knowing that if Regan turned Clint down, he'd get suspicious.
So she said, "Oh definately!"
Before pressing her lips to Clint's.
~*~
Bob sat in his room, deep in thought. He stared out the window. He was getting a feeling that
something wasn't right. Not just because of De's house, but something felt wrong. He kept wondering
if all these suicides were connected.
All of a sudden, everyone was killing themselves? Bob didn't buy it. He knew something was up. He
kept wondering if Jeremiah was somehow still alive. If he was, what could they do? Even if the did
another Exorcism, it wouldn't stop Jeremiah from possessing someone else.
~*~
Scott pulled De into her room, kicking the door shut behind him.
"Damn Scott! Are you like, a walking hormone?" De laughed.
"You never know!" Scott grinned, before pressing his lips to De's.
