Welcome, one and all, to the beauty and splendor that is Rufus Wainwright! I started this site to pay homage to this wonderful young man, who is my musical and personal inspiration (not to mention many other ways). Hopefully it will grow into a real resource for lovers of Rufus worldwide. I've already gotten contributions from many a visitor--thank you, Ida, Julie, Miriam, Meryle, Ariel and everyone else! The menu to the left should help you peruse this ever-expanding shrine to our boy.

Update 1/14/02: People keep finding my site, which keeps inspiring me to add new stuff. There's a new link up to the site that gave me my first award (!!). Please do check it out; it's well worth it!
Update 1/13/02: Yet another long sabbatical, but I am back with a new interview and a few more little tidbits of information, this time about "cigarettes and chocolate milk." Look for tour information soon.
Update 9/4/01: Whew--it's been a while!! Sorry everybody, but I'm settled now here in college (my new home) so perhaps I will be able to pick things back up again. In the meantime, I've added a new song explanation for "in a graveyard."

Questions? Comments? Suggestions? Tell me what you think so far!

Notes: If the link back here from the guestbook doesn't work quite right, click the "RW" insignia to the left and it'll take you back here. I'm not quite sure why it cuts you off after 255 characters, but if you have anything lengthy you'd like to add, you can e-mail me at ddcraig@blazenet.net.

January 2002!

While you're waiting for me to get my ass in gear, you can visit any one of these exciting Rufus resources:

The Official Site
The Dreamworks Message Board
The remainder of the old Dreamworks Site
Our Matinee Idol (lots of great pictures)
Rufian Libretto: we didn't even know of each other when we picked our respective names. But this lovely site awarded me! So of course they get a link.

Dresden thanks you for stopping by! Do hurry back!
