First Dressage Test

a Mock Dressage Test that turned out to be all too close to real life experience

A enter trot - weaving like a drunk
 X halt - forward - halt again - salute - proceed at a trot
 C turn right
B canter - wrong lead - trot - right lead - 20 meter egg shaped circle
 A start to leave arena
 E shy at spectator
C jump the ring and land in judges' lap - regain composure, re-enter ring
M trot with head straight up in the air
 A down centerline
X try to halt between X and G
C try to halt - run into fence - halt - salute - laugh
 leave arena in embarassment

The first Dressage test I ever rode was when "Face The Music" was barely green broke.
We pretty much mirrored the Mock Dressage Test above! Jumping here and there, stumbling, shying and bucking.
A disaster.
When I picked up my test from the scoring booth I got a big, and at that point much needed, laugh!

The test read as follows:
Letter
B
A
F
C
Score
5
5
5
5
Extra Score & Comment
Shying at spectator - 8
Graceful Exit - 7
Bucking - 9
Nice Rear at C - 9

And so it continued.
Comments at the bottom read: Fun horse! Most enjoyment I've had all day!
