Craig Ferguson as "Mr. Nigel Wick"

Mr. Wick, the English-born department manager at Winfred-Lauder is the man everyone sucks up to. That's because if you don't, he'll fire you! Mr. Wick loves firing his employees. He always seems to find a creative way of doing it: either by blowing up a balloon that says "YOU'RE FIRED!" in their face, or by writing the words on thousands of post-it notes and covering their entire desk with them, or any other creative way he can think of doing it. And when he can't think of anything creative, what does he do? Well, that's simple; he just has Drew do it.
