Nintendo Virtual Boy

The Nintendo Virtual Boy is still considered Nintendo's biggest failure in gaming history. The VB is a stereo-optic system that displays in tones of red and black. The controller is very similar to the N64 controller, minus the analog sticks. It took 6 AA batteries, but had an AC adaptor to help with that. The system claimed to be portable, but the only way to comfortably play is to use a table to rest the bipod on. One major downside to the system was no multiplayer games (at least in the US). There is an Ext. port that could be used to link VBs together, and that should have been compatible with the packaged title, Mario Tennis. Other games that were expected to have multiplayer are Mario Clash and Teleroboxer. I personally loved this system and have a couple. Here is my list of games:
