rwbsManager is a utility which allows for control of the rwbs running in "Angel" mode (-A) similar to that provided by Microsoft's Service Manager, i.e. Start, Stop, and Restart. It also allows the user to craft the command line used to start the base station visually by selecting the desired options. It should work with both the GameSpy and Resounding/HearMe versions of Roger Wilco! Base Station, though I haven't tested the GameSpy version yet. (As an added bonus it also hides the RWBS window and minimizes to the tray.)
