Insert the HTML code into the HTML Editor of your website. To the left is the navigation bar. Replace where it says "Links" with your real links.

Instructions on how to use:
1. You are given three Notepad pages of coding; one for the main webpage, one for the
Navigation Bar webpage, and one for the webpage where you
will post all the content of your site.
2. In the Notepad page that says "MAIN", select
everything, and then paste it into the HTML Editor of your web page titled "index.html".
Then, go to the Notepad page that says "NAVBAR".
3. Select and copy everything there,
and then paste the whole code into the HTML Editor of another webpage titled "navbar.html".
Then, go to the Notepad page that says "CONTENT". Select all, copy, and paste it into a the HTML Editor of
another page, titled "index2.html".
Then go to your webpage titled "index.html" and make sure that everything comes up looking nice and everything works.

Note: I made this layout using Notepad and Photoshop 7. This is a Frames Layout, meaning that it uses iframes so that in reality, there are three webpages on the screen; one is the main webpage, the second is the navbar page, and the third is the content page, which is the page this text is written on. Clicking on a link in the navbar page will change the page of this iframe. It's probably hard to understand until you try it out for yourself. =)
