| Name: Vin Diesel (Despite Rumours that he changed his name for show business) Born: July 18, 1967 in New York's Greenwich Village. Family: An astrologer/psychologist mother, a actor/drama proffesor step-dad, a fraternal twin brother (Who's name is Paul Vincent), and two sisters. Ethnicity: As his first movie suggests, he's "multi-facial", spanning the cultural lines: Irish, Italian, German, Dominican, and Mexican just to name a few. Actors he looks up to: Morgan Freeman and Mel Gibson. School/ Work History: He went to Hunter College in New York and majored in English. Followed by a brief job as a telemarketer. Then he spent 9 years as a Bouncer (most fitting position, don't you think?)
