- Pioneered creating online classes in
"Economics".
- Promoted
"Dual Enrollment Program" in the area high schools by
incorporating online teaching/study.
- Participated in many college sponsored workshops meant for the
professional betterment of the faculty: Destination
99, Destination 2000, Destination
2002, etc.
- Actively participated in college wide committees and task
forces such as: Grievance committee, technology committee, etc.
- Incorporated advanced technology in college
wide activities and helped colleagues to develop their own
web-sites.

Introduced a fully "self-teaching" computerized curriculum
which was used as a pilot program in up-state New York Business Schools.
Revised the curricula for the school and participated in general
