Dear Sirs,

My name is Andrei Drogobytsky and I would like to ask for your attention and consider myself as a potential asset for your company, should an appropriate opportunity arise.

To introduce myself, let me first go over my academic background. In June 2000 I have successfully graduated from Finance Academy, majoring in International Economics and being rewarded with a Red Diploma for outstanding records. Also, in 1999 I was an elected student for exchange semesters in WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management, which is often referred as a number one business school in Germany. As a part of study program in FA, thesis project had to be done on the basis of real business case, for which an employment with a solid company would have been beneficial.

By that time I had been working for Confectionery Concern “Babaevsky” since 1997, excepting a taken break for studies in Germany. Upon coming back to Moscow, I rejoined Corporate Finance Department of “Babaevsky” and found myself “limited to growth” as recently gained international experience and well-handled methodology approach didn’t fit the solidly set soviet business conjuncture. Although, the experience I have gained there became the basis of my thesis on Project Financing, which I successfully defended later in summer.

It was the Accenture presentation at WHU that first caught my interest. I looked for a dynamic, high-demanding job, which could constantly provide new challenges and opportunities for on-going learning and personal development, and my strong belief was, that a leading multinational management consulting firm would satisfy those demands. In August 2000 I received a job offer from Accenture and started a consultant career at Financial Services Market Unit.

After almost a year in Finance and Performance Management Consulting, I was promoted and became a Senior Analyst, with assigned team lead roles on various projects. The complexity of the tasks confined to me gradually increased throughout my employment due to the recognition of my capabilities by the management. My performance at Accenture was graded as outstanding and frequently I received exceptional project feedbacks both from Accenture and client managers and partners.

At the moment, I’m looking forward to pursue a career in corporate finance, where I feel my personal qualities can be best applied and contributed. This area is of my particular  interest and I would appreciate an opportunity to practically prove my competence in the mentioned field with an investment bank or corporate finance department of a production company.

I will bring in solid professional skills in business consulting, investment analysis and financial modeling, coupled with academic background in corporate finance. I believe, my personal qualities, such as objectivity, ability to concentrate on details through the global perspective, analytical skills and self-motivation, together with communication and sales skills, polished up in Accenture through constant "facing-the-client" experience,  can be best applied and contributed in a highly professional organization.  In return, I am eager to find an environment where one’s determination to continuous learning and excelling is valued and supported.
