Intereting sig.  But what's that stuff coming out of his hand?  Oh, I
see it, it's the Little Dipper!  And he's reaching for it because the
dipper is starting to tip over.

He's reaching for it, but I'm afraid he won't get to it in time.
The dipper is already starting to spill.

Yep, he's too late.  Not quick enough to stop the spill.  However,
his border is helping to contain the flood.

Unfortunately for Noah, it looks like his sig is being wiped out
by the flood from the dipper.  Too bad he doesn't have an ark or
he might have been able to save some of his sig.

Looks like he's given up on saving his sig because he's pulling 
his hand away.  Too bad that the bottom border is just a little 
shorter than the top, because the spill's just going to overflow 
off the end now.

We don't need to see the rest.  His old sig has been wiped
out by the flood, his hand's out of the picture and all that's
left now are the dipper, his name, and his MUD name.  Let's
get rid of the dipper, clean things up a bit, and replace the
information the flood wiped out.

There.  Now all the same information he had before is still
available, just in a sig half the size it was before.
