Biography

Drone is a five piece band that originated out of Houma, Louisiana in mid-summer 2001. It consists of five guys that have a wide range of musical influences ranging from heavy riffs of the Deftones and Tool; to the diversity of the Smashing Pumpkins; the modern rock of Fuel and Staind; and with the melodies of none other than Incubus. There really is no category to put Drone into but it’s own. It’s just a group of guys that love writing music and having a good time.

Drone currently has 19 original songs that cover over an hour-and-a-half of music.
