be displayed higher than state, city or other flags when multiple flags

displaying the flag on a flagstaff, raise the flag quickly and lower it
slowly. |

When displaying the flag at
half-staff, raise the flag to the top of the pole first, then lower it to
the middle of the pole. |

If
the flag is worn or damaged in a way that makes it unusable, it should be
destroyed by burning it in a ceremonious manner. |

When not being displayed, the
flag should be folded by two people in a triangular shape. |

Do
not let the flag touch the ground. |
