It’s supposed to be hard!
-
You’re expected to use what you know NOW to develop informed
decisions.
-
You’re going to have to work a lot of hours outside this class.
–
To the extent possible we’ll allow time IN CLASS for you to work in
your teams.
If I could give you ONE piece of advise about how to pass this class it
would be:
Start early.
As soon as you get your case assignment and your team get to work on
researching your industry, your company.
Your challenges:
To keep up with the reading.
To take the class seriously.
To be patient and thoughtful in dealing with team problems.
To TRY TO LEARN from all of this.
You’re busy, right?
So are your team mates.
Most of you work, keep up relationships, pay bills, have outside
interests.
You’ll have to STRETCH to do well.
Be prepared to sacrifice some of these commitments for brief periods of
time.
Whining is strictly forbidden.
We all have lives, you need to keep your promises.
