LoSer (League of the South) groups met in Montgomery, Alabama in the spring of 2000 to declare themselves what essentially amounts to a new nation. Subsequently the Southern Poverty Law Center, also based in Montgomery, declared this network of LoSers to be a hate group bent upon the division of the United States of America.

In order to counter act LoSer groups in all their actions of anarchy and terrorism (members are terrorists in the making given it would take another Civil War to form a separate nation out of the Southern states) a special secret task force of Union Army spies has been formed. These spies have as their mission the gathering of intelligence that anti-American programs and projects sponsored by LoSer groups may be combated.

All is fair in love and war. Therefore it is the just and fair right of all patriotic Americans to join the Union Army and invade the south, to capture, conquer and destroy the enemy: all who would divide our great Union, all who would impose the slavery of an socioeconomic system designed to deny any people equal opportunity and civil rights, all who would discriminate against any peoples based upon their race, religion or ethnic origin and all who would would advocate, conduct and inspire hate, prejudice or bigotry in any form or fashion.

As private citizens you may help in the Union Army Spy Project by gathering intelligence about LoSer groups. If you have any information related to hate crimes, distribution of hate literature, home invasion via the Internet to distribute hate literature or commit other hate crimes through cyber space, or any other type of hate crime committed by LoSer group members, please report this to the proper authorities or to Gen. Ulysses S. Grant.

You may also report hate crimes or other activities of LoSer groups to the Sothern Poverty Law Center which publishes an Intelligence Report. Of course if such hate crimes result in injury or damage to property it would also be appropriate to report them to local law enforcement agencies.

United we stand and divided we fall. Only as one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all, shall we remain a great nation. If our land is divided into separate nations then soon those ideals which make our nation great will be destroyed or conquered by foreign nations or new, emerging super powers or national coalitions. The only way our nation can survive is to remain strong and united. Therefore those who would divide our great land, who would ship all the black peoples to Africa or otherwise exterminate them, these are our greatest enemy. Among these are the LoSer groups, those cowards of cowards, who masquerade as southern pride and southern heritage advocates, yet are anti-American bigots, enemies of the federal government and destroyers of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Those who love America can not stand idly by while LoSer groups tear away at the foundations of our Union. These clowns must be stopped before they do irreparable damage to our Republic. Therefore the Union Army Spy Project announces that it shall infiltrate each and every LoSer group; that it shall produce data bases of LoSer group members; that it shall monitor and watch LoSer group activities; that it shall engage in underground tactics and strategies designed to discredit and destroy LoSer groups; that no stone shall be left unturned nor any effort spared in rooting out these rats and vermin and bringing them to roast in the fires of damnation and Hell.

The Union Army Spy Project will use every legal and non-violent means to dispose of LoSer groups. Given that LoSer group members seek to divide and destroy our Republic, they have therefore designated themselves as non-citizens of these United States of America. Therefore the Union Army Spy Project shall regard all LoSer group members as non-Americans, as alien, as foreign nationals, as traders, not entitled to protection under the laws of any state and certainly not entitled to the benefit of those US Constitutional right which they so wish to destroy.

In this regard LoSers will be treated with the same back to Africa logic that they preach for black peoples. Yet instead of sending the LoSers off in a flotilla of boats or giving them their own homeland in the south, euthanasia is advocated for all LoSers. Those who do not wish to exist in a United States that is undivided, which has equality for all people, are urged to take their own life, to commit this sacrifice for the preservation of our great Union.

Certainly it is realized this is foolish logic, as foolish as the back to Africa logic with respect to black people. Euthanasia for LoSers is suggested only to illustrate the point of how illogical and foolish is their own solution for what they consider to be a problem, that being black people in America. The problem is not black people, but white people who are filled with hate, prejudice and bigotry and would destroy our Union that their sickness might infect all the land.

Although it may be unreasonable to suggest that LoSers make the ultimate sacrifice and take their own life, this is better than another Civil War. As a general in that war I saw many young boys and men give their lives to preserve our Union. It was a horrible war! Our nation must never endure such a holocaust. Thus I urge all LoSers to abandon their cause, take a cyanide tablet or put a bullet through their head. In doing so you will be committing a very patriotic act and helping to preserve our Union.

I do not have any delusions that this will happen. For that reason a more realistic approach is being taken to expunge all LoSer groups form our land. This involves the usage of high technology systems to monitor LoSer groups, Internet sites, email and other activities. Special Union Army Spy Project intelligence officers are also active monitoring LoSer group activity using state-of-the-art surveillance equipment. Also trained agents have been infiltrating LoSer groups. Some of these are government agents. Others are private investigators and citizen working for this our just cause: the preservation of the Union.

Although the identities of these agents must remain secret for their own safety, this information is being revealed to strike a symbolic sword of terror into the hearts and minds of all LoSer group members; ie, to fight fire with fire, terror with terror, not with a terror of bullets or arms, but a terror of God's wrath upon any who dare defile or destroy our great Union, our Republic, our sense of civil liberty and equal justice toward all God's children. Given LoSer groups are infantile terrorist it seems logical that the only way to deal with them is to turn their terror back upon them through every legal and judicial means possible. Once they understand that they are being monitored and watched by various groups and agencies, perhaps they will realize that they can not get away with the rape and murder of our Union and will not so endanger the lives, happiness or welfare of true citizens of these United States of America.

Normally such spying would be considered an invasion of privacy. But we mush remember LoSer group members have already dedicated themselves to the disunion and the division of our great nation, which is the same as saying they want to destroy America. Plus the back to Africa ethic denies a whole race its citizenship. Therefore LoSers are regarded as having already declared themselves non-citizens so they are not entitled to the right to privacy enjoyed by all United States citizens. Again LoSers have forsaken their citizenship by pledging membership to a group which seeks independence and hence the destruction of our Republic. This is akin to treason and is certainly an act which voids citizenship rights to LoSer group members. Spying upon LoSers therefore does not violate any US Constitutional rights to privacy as LoSers have already declared themselves to be non-citizens.

Sorry LoSers, you can't have it both ways. You can't have your pie and eat it to. You can't want your own nation and also want the protection of the laws of this nation. That is not how it works. The way it works is that if you forsake America, if you declared yourselves independent, with respect to culture, heritage or ideology, then you are not a citizen of these United States of America any more. As such you lose all your US constitutional rights and guaranties. This includes the Bill of Rights as well as all the laws of the land.

The reason America is so great is because our Constitution treats all citizens as equals. But aliens do not enjoy the same rights. Therefore when any person joins a LoSers group they will be regarded as having LoSted their citizenship. In fact it is urged that each state pass legislation which makes joining of a LoSer group an act of treason or declaration that one voluntarily forfeits their US citizenship and all US Constitutional rights thereof.

This is what LoSers advocate blacks do, that they reject their US citizenship and go to Africa. Well it is obvious that LoSers by seeking to declare themselves advocates of a separate and independent south land, are rejecting their citizenship. Hence it follows that each state would be just in declaring this the equivalent of a rejection of US citizenship, that the federal government should also pass legislation to this effect. If LoSers do not want to be US citizens, it is right and proper to declare them non-citizens and take away all their rights as US citizens. Then LoSers would not be able to use protections guaranteed by the US Constitution to destroy our great Union.

Through this resolve the, I propose an action to divide and conquer the League of the South. This will be similar to my Vicksburg campaign. I propose that every state introduce legislation which declares that LoSers forfeit their US citizenship. Then lets give them a ticket to Africa or to any where they so desire to be exiled. I'm sure the threat of losing their country will put a quick end to all LoSer groups and that this will result in a quick resolution of conflict with the preservation of our Union.

This may seem like drastic action. But the strategy of divide and conquer is sound. It worked at Vicksburg, cutting the south in two. It worked when Sherman marched to the sea. Sometimes such drastic action is required to preserve our Union. In this case it is certainly justified as LoSers have already declared that they do not want to be part of our great nation, that they want their own separate nation. Hence a forfeiture of citizenship should be granted to all who join the League of the South and federal law should mandate said forfeiture.

You may print copy of this form, fill it out, sign it in the presence of a Notary Public, and send it to the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., or present yourself with this document to any office of immigration and naturalization for deport from the United States of America. In your departure room will be made for an immigrant who will love and endear themselves to these United States of America and your loss will not be mourned.
