I had a look at the Tiger instruments and decided that they weren't the look I was aiming at. After searching the catalogues and websites I chose Green Gauges instruments. They weren't the cheapest but as you can select the dial face colour, pointer colour, graphics colour and bezel finish and style it meant I could get exactly the dash I was wanting. As the dash is what you see a lot of when you are driving I decided it wasn't something to skimp on. Below are the dials I chose:
