Dr. Kevin Richardson - 30, Chief Resident of Backstreet General, a stubborn man with a heart filled with pain and a mind directed to only business and work. He only knows how to communicate through his work, often causing him to play the role of the villian among staff members.

Dr. Brian Littrell - 27, resident, bringing laughter and smiles to those in pain is Littrell's true prescription for a patient's ailment. With a gift for dealing with children and matters of the heart he is considered one of the most respected, and well-liked physicians in the gloomy environment.

AJ McLean - 24, med student, a rebelious student always wanting to bend the rules or cause them to disappear completely. His motto is to treat the patient accurately no matter the cost or time needed, often causing him to be isolated in the field for his modern ideas of medicine.

Nick Carter - 23, med student, meak and often confused when placed near the other employees of the medical domain. He is constantly in a struggle to learn, be strong and convince himself he has what it takes to become a doctor.

Howie Dorough - 28, paramedic, a tender-hearted man that truly loves his job despite the horrible images he sees day after day. He is often offering a smile and hug to those around him that are always in a war with themselves to keep up with the pace.

Dr.Annie Turtle - 25, resident/top surgeon, the "Doogie Howsier" of Backstreet General. The easily tempered redhead is always in a match to prove herself after being labeled by her gender and age to Richardson, despite her high profile talent in the medical community.

Nurse Katie Mist - 24, head nurse, being soft-spoken and hard working are the nurse's main actions as she assists Dr.Littrell with children, and the hostile surgeons. She's possesses a special quality to soothe and ease a patient's fear, and sometimes even calm the tempers of Richardson and Turtle.
