SYNOPSIS: "Operation Just Cause only sends out adoptions of POW/MIA(s) from Vietnam. There are no official POW/MIA(s) from the Gulf War. There is an effort to declare Speicher a POW but that has not been done as of yet. I agree it should be we will have to wait and see if it happens."
