Can you please introduce yourselves and how old you each are? What's up! My name is Greg and I am 16. Hey, I'm Jesse and I drive a Sharper Image. Ok, Whatever, well yea a scooter! Anyway, I'm Chris and I'm 16. How long have you been together as "Dream Street"? Greg: Three years Jesse: Brian Louie put us together. Chris: We were all in a casting call through Brian Louie, sort of like the O-Town thing. How do you feel the 'Go For It Road Show' will reach out to the other kids? Greg: Very good! Frankie: It sends out a positive message, I mean you have all those sports stars that the kids look up to. By them going out they're telling the kids not to drink, smoke, or do drugs and to stay healthy. I think it gets it in the kid's heads that if they want to be like those stars they need to stay clean and do the right thing. Chris: Positive messages! Matt: It's also great, we meet like Hershel Walker and Dan Marino but it reaches out to the kids. Being so young, how do you deal with the pressures of the music industry? Jesse: I guess it can be tough at times, all the contract stuff is really annoying, but our album was supposed to be released a year and a half ago. We were really disappointed but we are happy because the album is doing so well. Chris: We just went gold so we are really happy about that. Matt: When I need to deal with stress I go to my hot tub! Since you are touring along with 3rd Faze, do you guys get to chill and hang out? All: Yes! Yeahhhhhh! We love them! Chris: We play laser tag with them! Frankie: We play soccer with Halie. She's so good. She's like on the school team or something. She totally kicks my butt. Chris: I hip-checked her once. Yeah, she beat me up pretty bad. Yeah so um, Halie yeah ha ha Jesse: yeah lets talk about Halie! Chris: But seriously, we tell each other good luck be for shows and pray and stuff. So which one of you calls her the "unibomber"? Chris: Jesse does! Jesse: I don't even know what that means! Frankie: Jesse calls her the unibomber! So how do you guys balance school with touring? Matt: We are pretty good at it actually. We are in public school right now, but when the time comes we will get tutors. Chris: Yeah, we still go to school but after we go do our thing with rehearsals and shows. Do your friends mind you being gone all the time and performing? Chris: Our friends love it. My best friends are very supportive of it, but then some people think it's corky and laugh at me. Greg: A lot of my friends come to shows Matt: My friends have started their own boy band. I'm sure the girls want to know are you guys single? Greg: Well I am kinda going out with this girl Halie! Ha Ha! Chris: Nah, we are all single. We are too busy to have girlfriends right now. What is the best gift you have gotten from a fan? Chris: Halie gave me this soccer ball once yeah she's just really cool! Matt: Halie bought me a um, dirt bike! Yeah! Chris: She bought Matt a dirt bike? What!? No! Frankie: A lot of our fans give us necklaces. Chris: We get so much candy, I could open up my own candy store of Sour Patch Kids. Jesse: We have to change our favorite candy dude Chris: We should trade each other because I cannot eat sour stuff anymore, we also get a lot of awesome shirts and signs.
