About the Author

Scott Hobbs is from the city of Thunder Bay in Northwestern Ontario. He has spent much of his life exploring the dense and sometimes inhospitable wilderness of the region. Much of the survival skills presented at this site were learned through years of Boy Scouts, Canadian Military training, and individual learning.

Hobbs is 28 years of age and has two diplomas in International Business from Confederation College. In addition he is an avid musician, fisherman, and hockey player.
