| All conflicts between Cities and Homestones will be brought before the Council for settlement. |
|
|
| All decisions are binding once the the facts have been carefully reviewed. |
|
| New prospects are given a 30 day trial period, before a decision will be made to allow them as Full Members. |

| All Cities, Inns and Homestones will submit there individual Guidelines to the Council for recording, changes can be made upon notifying the Council first. |

| All Black Caste will submit their names to the Council, Dead or Alive. |
|
| A kill will have to have the text copied and submitted to the Council, to be legal, it will need three un-disputed and consecutive posts. |

| If there are any new guidelines, ALL Cities will be given proper notice and will have two weeks to voice their concerns in writing. |

| Any Prospects that wish to join the Council need only seek out an existing Member to have the name submitted in writing. |

| There will be a Monthly meeting of the Council and ALL the Members, to discuss important issues........... |

| All Guidelines will be fair and justified, to bring Uniformity to Gor. |
|
| Capture and or kill any slave wearing more than one collar, a slave will not under any circumstance collar another slave. |

| A slave is considered abandoned after a 3 urth week time frame has past, then they may go to any City and and Ubar to have the collar removed. |

| All N/K-N/F-and N/C zones will be honored, Ubars have every right to protect their HomeStone by any mean needed, posts will have to be saved and given to the Council for review. |

| slaves traveling outside of Gor to other Realms will Respect and Honor their Masters collars, and show Respect to the Home they visit. If faced with any danger they are to leave and report it to their Owners. |
