Welcome To Digital Storm Research Facility. DSRF is a privately owned web site that believes that information shall be free. The DSRF TOS(Terms of Service) may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. We may refuse service to anyone at anytime as we see fit.

2. CONDUCT
When you accept these terms you agree that...
A. You agree not to: upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
B. Impersonate any Person/Alias at any time for any reason what so ever.
C. Use any of the information stored on this site for anything that is not legal.

3. REQUIREMENTS
In order to view this web site due to international laws you must be at least 13 years of age. This is with the exception that your parents allow you to view this web site and agree that DSRF takes no responsibility in the misuse of the features/Information included.

4. TERMINATION
You agree that DSRF may terminate your access to viewing this webpage if we see fit. Causes for this may include but are not limited to:
A. Profanity on Message boards/Chatrooms/Cgi enabled mail form.
B. Flaming/spamming on any of the listed...
C. Requirements not met in TOS{3}
D. Misuse of information TOS{2[C]}

7. ABUSE
If you know of anyone abusing the rules and/or regulations of the DSRF TOS, Please report them to dsrfsite@yahoo.com with subject MEMBER ABUSE. Any person(s) abusing the rules and/or regulations of the DSRF TOS will be subject to termination of his/her(their) account(s)[Sect. 4] if we see that it is neccessary.
