1 Cup+ 2 Tbsp flour
1 Cup + 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
2 Cup quick cooking oat meal
4 Tbsp baking cocoa
1 ½ tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp butter
1 Cup apple sauce
¾ Cup granulated sugar
¾ Cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips
1 Cup nuts (optional)
Pre heat oven 350. Stir together flour, oatmeal, cocoa and baking soda. Beat together butter, apple sauce, granulated sugar, brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture utill well blended. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake 10-12 minutes.
