Rates:
peak & hollidays - $250/day (3 day minimum), $1,500/week
off-peak $200/day $1,200/week
Family: 20% discount or $200
Peak: Dec 15 - April 15, June 15 - Labor Day
Hollidays: Fri-Sat after Thanksgiving | December 26-31 | Sat-Mon MLK day (3rd Mon. in Jan.) | Sat-Mon Presidents day (3rd Mon. in Feb.) | Memorial Day Weekend (last mon. in May) | July 4 weekend | Labor Day (1st mon. in Sept) 
Reservation/Deposits:
1  night deposit, refundable if the booking is cancelled within 30 days.
plus a $250 security deposit due at the time of reservation.
People  Cleaning 
1-6       $90   
7 and up $150  
Most renters provide their own linens but they can be provided for an extra charge.
Use of towels and linnens $15/bed.
Drive plowing  $50
Beds/linnen:
The bed configurations are as follows: 1 king, 1 double and 1 twin in the upstairs front BR, 1 double and twin in the cottage, and 2-3 twin size mattresses in each of the two lofts. There is also a reasonably comfortable queen sleeper in the LR, and a pretty marginal double sleeper, best suited to the young. If you have a problem with bedding sizes, just holler and we'll provide.

Food:
The pantry is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, seasonings, vinegar and cooking oil, etc. The fridge has basic condiments like mayo, catsup, mustard, FYI. There are two small stores nearby, and and Albertson's and Safeway in Tahoe City for your convenience. If you don't want to cook, there are many restaurants nearby, and you can't beat Jiffy Pizza of Tahoe City for delivery!

When you leave:
Put sheets and towels at the end of the beds.
Return pillows back to where you got them if you move them.
