Dear Royal Red Hats of Windsor,

We all had such a great time at Russell Ramsey's Chop House last Friday.  I wanted to thank The Royal Fruit Cake, Roz Morris for planning this luncheon.  Roz, you did a great job in choosing this restaurant and we appreciate your making all those cute little straw hats for us to pin on ourselves.

We were all treated to a class of champagne and trays of flatbread with pesto.  I heard rave reviews about all the lunches that were served.  The food was great and the service was wonderful.  So if you are looking for a great place to have lunch or dinner, check out Russell Ramseys Chop House on Farmer Lane where the old Johnny Garlics used to be.

We had visiting queens from two other chapters that joined us for lunch.  Roz raffled off a small bear dressed in purple and red that was won by Edna Thomas.  The scrapbook was passed around and you gals are doing a great job with these photos.  It is much appreciated and it is wonderful to look back on these luncheons and remember all the fun times we have had.  Thank you all for your support with the scrapbook.

Just a reminder, we take July and August off from our luncheons and resume in September.  You will be notified in August about our luncheon in September.  However, if you are aching to go to a Red Hat luncheon in July or August, contact Queen Mary McPherson of the Red Hat Mamas in Cloverdale at mcphersm@powersupply.net or phone her at 894-1855.  She will give you all the information you
need.  Her chapter is planning luncheons for those two months and she invited all of us to attend her luncheons.

Well, you all have a great summer and we shall see each other in September.

Love,
Judy
