When I decided to return to Cuendillar MUX, I first wanted to bring back Kell. The Chargen system had changed dramatically though, and I feel cheap if I don't go through Chargen, so I went ahead and put her in as soon as she wound down her time. This is the revised stats and background that I got for her.

Raksha "Kell" Keller was found in a crate, filled with old rags, with only a small piece of parchment holding the tweleve words, giving Kell the only hint she has as to who her mother was. Her hair and eyes give her the appearance of a Saldaean, but her skin and tall willowy figure make her look like a Domani. In all she knows nothing about her family, and doesn't care. Those tweleve words have ruled her life.
She was found by a poor family living in the Rahad. She was raised by them for 5 years, until she was abandoned by the woman who could no longer care for her. She learned quickly how to make herself "useful" to some of the local groups of thieves and cut throats to survive. Children made rather efficent theives, though they also had a rather high death rate. She learned many things from the theives, such as stealing, breaking into places, moving stealthfully, throwing knives, and fighting with knives. By the time she was ten she had already fought ten duels, and won them all. Always over money and status. They gave her her name Raksha Keller. Raksha means "darkchild" in the Old Tongue, so she rarely uses it except when it is needed.
After fifteen years in the Rahad she stow away on a ship up to Amadicia. She passed through there, planning on heading toward Tarabon, but she got caught stealing a man's gold and got branded on the forehead. She has to wear a scarf to hide it. She didn't care to lose a hand so she settled for earning copper in other ways until she was out of that Light blinded region. She stayed with a farmer for a few months near Tarabon and he taught her wilderness survival skills, including hunting, tracking, trapping, swimming, cooking, preparing skins and some minor horseback riding. From there she went into Tarabon taking up her arts of theft again, then up to Arad Doman. She went into the servive of a noble house after getting caught trying to steal one of their son's gold. She learned a good deal from watching the Ladies of the house. Manipulation became somewhat common to her.
From there she went into Saldaea, where she learned more about riding from a generous man who had taken a fancy to her. She took his horse with her when she left him. From there she travled into Kandor and from there she started down to Tar Valon. (Past RP starts here) In Tar Valon, she happened upon a young Lord of Cairhien and tried to rob him. A little bit later, she ended up saving his life. That Lord, Lyren Tiigril, became the only person to ever make her forget her mother's words. Even if only for a second. Also in Tar Valon, she managed to get on the bad side of one Child named Televan. He branded her on the stomach, and sent some of his Children to watch her constantly. Including one Child named Kargan.
When Lyren returned to Cairhien, she followed after, and got a job working with house Rhinorth under Lady Sydnia as a rider and stable hand. Eventually, after his sister rose to the Sun Throne, Lyren proposed to Lady Sydnia, in front of Kell. Distraught, Kell got into an argument with Child Kargan (who'd also moved down to Cairhien by a twist of fate) and challanged him to a duel, in Rahad style. Winning the duel, she didn't harm him, and found a reason to stay for a time. The Child was intrigueing.
After months of often fighting, and some moments of tension, the Child asked her if she would ever consider marrying a Whitecloak. In part, searching for a chance to no longer be alone, and in part searching for a little revenge against Lyren, she agreed to the marriage. Getting permission from his superiors, the two were eventually married. But it would not be a marriage without strife.
Unused to being tied down, Kell continued about her life as normal, which eventually lead her to helping Lyren again, and getting involved in the Great Game. She even took up training him in defense and other things she knew of. Eventually, she stopped returning to the Child's camp completely.
Once him and Sydnia were married, Lyren asked Kell to protect his future children, as they would be far more important than he. She took the oath, but likely he does not even know how strongly she wishes to hold onto it. She felt more alone then ever though, pulling away from everyone. She saw Kargan a few times afterwards, and each time he expressed worry for her, desire to know where she was and why she wouldn't come back to the camp. She eventually sought out donning a disguise to avoid both him, and people of Cairhien (particularly some of Sydnia's family) who had taken an interest in her 'relationship' with Lyren. (A relationship that became no more than friendship after his wedding.)
Before the troubles in Cairhien, which lead to the Savior's attacks and the Queen's death, Kell left. Part of the reason for her departure was Kargan, who had stopped even attempting to see her, even when she started staying in the Children's back again. Assuming this mean he didn't wish to be with her anymore, she wanted to get away for a time, back to her old life. Spending time in a Far Madding, it took months before she learned of the Queen's death, and even longer to actually start back towards Cairhien. Now she's returned, hoping to find Lyren in one piece so she can keep her Oath.
