We will be doing a league get together in September.  The dates are September 27, 28, and check out on the 29th.  Please continue to check back to this page for more details on the Charlotte party.

We will be staying at the Holiday Inn on Independence Blvd. in Charlotte, NC.  We were able to get the rooms for a special discounted price of $53.00 a night.  In order to get this special rate, you need to make your reservations by August 27, 2002.  If you would like to cut the cost, you are welcome to share a room with someone else.  We will keep an updated list of all those that are coming.   When making your reservation, please give them our special code to recieve the discount.  The code is 3card.

September 27, Our first night at the get together, is also softball4tps birthday.  Everyone please try and make it special for her :-)

Tourneys will be starting between 5 and 6pm EST on the 27th.  Entry fees are 10 dollars per person.  Winners will recieve all money except for what needs to be kept to pay for the meeting space.  We will start back hosting tourneys at 10am Saturday morning.  We must have 8 teams for each tourney, or we will not be able to hold them.  Tourneys will run until around 2am Sunday Morning.  Check out is at 12pm Sunday.

There are plenty of resturants around the hotel.  You can also bring coolers into the meeting space.  If there is anything you would like to do while in Charlotte, please email me and I will try and get all the information you need.
