*for the internal communication problem within Metallica, I think most of the problems is come from Lars - the drummer *There will be a lot of pressure and conflict when you work with different people that have different ideas *Metallica members have conflict too *Lars will express himself by drawing pictures *Lars - art was a great escape away from music *Lar himself is a agressive person - I think most drum players are aggressive *Lars - (when they compose the song or think about the lyrics)I gonna come up with something really quick b4 other people come up with something for him. *Lars is easy to get in a bad mood, when he get in a bad mood, he will complain other group member's music *One Time, when Lars is in a bad mood, James gives his opinion on Lars drum play, and ask him to play it another way. That makes Lars get angry, because he is very confident with his drum play and he don't think there is any problem on it. At the end, Lars said: "wanna pick a fight?" I think that this is a childish because this is not going to solve the problem. compare with James, James is more mature. *One time, when James come back from rehab,(like ----May has just talk about), James will only work for 4 hours and don't let his member to dicuss or make decisions when he was not here. That make Lars mad, he said :" I don't like the fucking rules, I like want to end up like Jason - (Jason is the person left the band because he think there is too much control on Metallica) James :"I don't enjoy being with you in the room playing music" Lars : "I am not interest to play music with you if you don't like me either" if you don't like to work with me Lars used so many F words
