Oh, come on - I know you were all waiting for this. And I'm tired, bored, and so not going to the DMV today, despite my mom leaving me a note in all caps ("PRIORITY - GO get permit!"), so...

Random Crap You Should Be Aware of in Order for My LJ to Make (Some) Sense to You (#002):

Why? Because I feel like it, biznatch(ez). Now...

What is it:
Like HonJou (#001), it's a yaoi (male/male) ship for Yu-Gi-Oh!, this time pairing Honda with Otougi.

Why it's a good ship:
Because Otougi is the only one who pays attention to Honda! T_T No, really, from HighPriestSeto -

"Why it would work:
-Honda and Otougi are always together.
-Honda is very touchy-feely with Otougi. See gallery.
-When they first met Otougi, Honda seems to be the only one that tolerated him. In the anime at least.
-On the air ship, Jounouchi, Otougi, and Honda shared a room. Jounouchi left for a moment, and came back to find them tangled together in the same bed."

*points to picture above* It's not normal for two boys to be that comfortable sleeping together. Clearly they are doing it.

You should care because...:
I said so. And because they're both hot, despite their bad, bad, bad hairstyles. And also because...





Okay - so Honda can be a little forceful sometimes. It's really all out of love for his dicey little clown reject. XD

WTF?!:
Seriously? Honda Hiroto (Tristan Taylor in the dub) is one of the core four friends in YGO, along with Yugi, Jou, and Anzu, but he always seems to get left off - until Otougi Ryuuji (Duke Devlin) comes along. Granted, Otougi is kind of an ass when he first comes - wanting revenge against Yugi because Pegasus was his idol, and he's convinced Yugi cheated against him in their duel. Otougi's also the creator of Dungeon Dice Monsters, and his dad's an asshole.

Hot but under-appreciated character #1 + hot but under-appreciated character #2 = true love.

In reality, the two of them fight a lot because they both have crushes on Jou's little sister, Shizuka (Serenity), but she's completely oblivious. In the anime/manga, they start to get closer when Otougi re-appears for the Battle City Arc. But as a matter of fact, in the anime they don't start to really bond until the Noa Arc, when Honda sacrifices himself to save Otougi and Shizuka - and then gets his soul put into the body of a robotic monkey, which spends a good deal of time sitting on Otougi's shoulder (hmm... wonder why?). And of course there's the time when Otougi tried to slap said monkey on the ass... XD (The Noa Arc never happens in the manga, though).

[ETA #2]: Despite having seen these pictures a million times, I just noticed in the second one (the green one) that Otougi's hand is between Honda's legs. What was he reaching for? o_O
