The Duka-Ba-Duka Mission Statement

My mission is to continually develop into the man God wants me to be. Demonstrating His love and power through the depth and growth in relationships, work, and professional aspects. To treat life as a learning experience to enrich myself, my family, my friends, my colleagues. To add inertia to the positive, God-dependent expansion in people’s lives. To make an impact on the effective use of healthcare resources nationally starting with my own organization.

My family to be together as God intended: loving, supporting, growing

My children to develop with the most tools possible for (personal) success

My covenant wife to know how much she is loved

My co-workers to grow at accelerated rates, in expanded ways

Myself to continually grow as a clean, lean learning machine

To excavate knowledge and transfer it to a hungry world

To spiritually turn the tide of the spirit of divorce and place it in retreat

To practice what I preach

To add life and hope to those around me

To make my leadership successful

To get my organization to make change at warp speed for the sake of the patient

To place a seed of unrest in those around me about the waste, the service and the output of our health delivery machine

To quickly identify with the heart of a matter

To help others in their (positive) development

To absorb all of life - its highs, lows, its joys, pains, its excitement, endurance and turn it into my own personal lesson for growth

To do what I have promised. To come up higher to a closer communion with the Lord, taking on the responsibility given to climb to a higher level
