The only problem that we have at work isn't because a lot of people quit. It's the reason a lot of people transfered or quit. Rob, the store manager likes to schedule shifts with the least amount of people because it lowers the labor % for the store and he gets a big bonus if we meet the goals at the end of the year. When ethan worked we'd have a lot of people to start the shift and then he'd send people home based on how busy the store was that day. Now if one person calls in sick or doesn't show up we all suffer where before we had a contingency. Almost all of the people including me that have worked there for a year feel burnt out most of the time.
