Vajra Kilaya is the activity manifestation of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The Kilaya (Phurba) Dagger and Vajra (Dorje) when properly consecrated, represent activities the Deity Vajra Kilaya. If we place them at home and worship them with pur faith and motivation they can subdue both worldly and spiritual abstacles, dispel physical, emotional and mental illness;protect us from evil influences like black magic, and all our worldly activities become smooth sailing and we weill also enjoy good geomancy. The kilaya Dagger purifies defilement and evil disturbances the Cross Vajra represents the Five Wisdoms and has Vajra Fencing properties-our merits are safely sealed in while external evil influences are not able to penetrate it.
The "Gau", sometimes referred to as a reliquary box, contains a Vajra Kilaya pendant and miniature Kilaya Dagger, both made fom precious Dharma Medicines. It also contains Amrita (nectar) Pills. The great master Palchen Dorje Shonnu once used a holy Kilaya dagger made of "sky metal" to destroy evil.
There are also "Five Colours Consecration Pills" in it. These, we made with sacred soil from holy Buddhist places and holy sites connected to Guru Padmasambhava in India, Tibet etc., holy relics, rocks from 13 ancient mountains, water from 13 seas, leaves from the treetops of 133 tallest trees, money from wealthy people who have never failed in life, precious herbs, metal and precious stones etc. It also the Chakra of Vajra Kilaya and other auspicious Chakras.
All the holy items will be consecrated during the three days puja according to the instructions in the sadhanas. Some of them can be placed on the altar in one's home, office or car. The Gau can also be worn on one's body. They give immeasurable blessings and are sounces of great merit.
