Banana Milk Smoothie

This recipe is adapted by myself, originally came from my grandmother. You can alter it to suit your tastes and needs. It is a heart-healthy recipe by my accounts. (I base this on calories from fat less than 30%, grams of fat less than 10 per seving) I am not qualified to substanciate any such claim, however.

Add milk and ice cubes (1-2 at a time) Pulse until ice cube is chopped, and add 1-2 more until all ice cubes or used up. Add banana and flavoring. Blend well. Serve immediately. Add more banana, substitute milk with yogurt, or add juice for extra flavor.
