Ants on a Log

This is a quick treat and a possible way of getting kids to eat their vegetables. It is an extremely fast snack to fix for moms or parents on the go.

Cut the celery stalks into 2-3" long pieces. Fill the hollow side with peanut butter (as generously as you wish). Then place 2-3 raisins in the peanut butter. Serve as finger food. Makes approx 4 servings (with 4 stalks)
