Sideburn

Vehicle mode -various shots
Robot mode- various shots
Transformation joints - shot of the hood
and roof transformation.

Decided to make the Spychanger Sideburn alot more accurate one day, so with the help of of styrene and poly joints and rods, did it. He also got a whole new paint job, including a nice metallic blue to replace the dull pale blue of before. The head is constructed pretty much of epoxy putty over the original. And yes, that is a tiny, TINY piece of clear plastic over his left eye. Both engines are constucted of various styrene. I decided on making him a sort of compromise between the SC and deluxe versions, as his small size makes some more complex transformations very difficult. In fact, in my original plan, his legs were going to transform more like the deluxe version, but it was just not feasable. Transformation is still very simple: Pull down the legs; lift and rotate the roof into place; pull out the arms; swing back the hood/front section; and finally flip down the robot mode chest/engine(this rotates on the old chest/hood axis). The result is a robot mode that is clearly supposed to be Sideburn, tho there still are some differences of course.
