móvel. Todos os aparelhos celulares que operam
no sistema digital podem ser infectados por esses
vírus.
Se você receber uma ligação e aparecer no display
do celular "INDISP=ON=CDVEL ou UNAVAILABLE"
(para muitos celulares digitais que possuem a função de
identificação de chamada), não atenda. Aperte a
tecla END imediatamente.
Se você atender a ligação seu telefone será infectado
por esse vírus. Esse vírus apaga todas as informações
IMEI e
IMSI do seu aparelho, impossibilitando a conexão com a
operadora. Dessa forma você terá que comprar outro
aparelho.
Essa informação foi confirmada pela Motorola e pela
Nokia.

E-Mail. Microsoft envió un mensaje por cadena
nacional en los Estados Unidos, alertando sobre
una nueva amenaza de virus. Este virus se conoce
como el virus mas inteligente del mundo, no
tiene ninguna relación con el Melissa, mas bien
es un virus mutante queataca directamente el
archivo REGEDIT, que es quien se encarga de
mantener los registros de ciertos parámetros
importantes en Windows, y su poderío es tal
que ha logrado vulnerar sistemas de redes
bancarios y bases de datos bajo el sistema Oracle
y Unix. El nombre de este virus es EAT SHIT, y
se manifiesta de varias formas:
1.- En forma de E-mail, cuando recibas un mensaje
con el titulo FREE PIZZA! "NUNCA" lo abras,
otra
forma de manifestarse es,
2.- Se aloja dentro de archivos ejecutables, tales
como EXE y COM.Por favor ten mucho cuidado cuando
bajes archivos de Internet, siempre trata de
scanear todo programa nuevo que vayas a usar en
tu computadora con un antivirus, preferiblemente
el Virus Scan de Mc Afee, ya que este virus es capaz
de destruir toda la FAT de tu disco duro, inclusive
aquellos sistemas montados en NT, es mas, puede
hasta contagiarse vía transmisión de datos, bajo
el protocolo TCP/IP, el cual es el mas comúnmente
usado en Internet, esto es algo sumamente delicado,
así que por favor ten cuidado cada vez que te
conectes a la red y tenmcuidado con quien vayas a
hablar por los chats, ya que no se ha determinado
si puedes contagiarte con solo hacer conexión DCC
con otras personas, pero se tiene la fuerte sospecha
de que así es. Por favor reenvía este mensaje a

spreading through the lists of roots web. One
of the was is gets around the filters and other
protection devices that roots web has is through
ruses like this. It's a virus that mails itself
using names it pickup up from the computers it
gets into. Do Not Trust this simply because it
mentions Cynthia's name. It is also using her
e-mail address. This is one of those viruses
Cynthia has been warning us about. I've been
seeing it on other lists that I belong to.
I can't type the name of the virus. According
to the semantic sight just typing certain word
will send this insidious thing along to others.
I've seen it happen once tonight in a message
I sent to another list. I am not going to put
that on this list. I've already updated my
anti virus program since then, but I'm not going
to take the chance.
There are two ways this virus is being spread.
One is through a specific web address, the other
is through a greeting card invitation like this one.
The web address appears as a hyper link. Another of
the things that is happening is people are getting
e-mails sent to them from themselves. These
e-mails contain the virus. |

A friend of mine
recently received a file
"Trickor1.exe". When he opened the file, a
halloween cartoon greeting appeared and asked
"trick or treat". He thought it was cute until
he found out the trick was really on him! This
is a very dangerous virus. His entire harddrive
was wiped out and could not be re-formatted.
Unfortunately he had access to a network and the
entire network was also wiped out! The virus
then attached a unknown remote server line to
his company's network and phone lines. All of
these lines were immediately clogged up as the
unknown server used their phonelines to make
out-of-country calls and call various pornlines.
This could happen on a regular home modem, or a
company server. The amount of charges that
could be applied to your line depends on the
number of lines and size of your company's
server. This little email greeting could cost
you or your company lots of money and time, so
please be on the lookout!! I checked into and it
has a few alternate names. It can be known as
(could be in .exe or .zip format):
Trickor1.exe
Trickortreat.exe
Hallogreeting.exe
happyhalloween.exe
H20.exe
TorT.exe
Please be on the lookout for any of these files
attached to emails. There could be various subjects
on the email title but an example is: Trick or Treat,
you make the call. There usually isn't any content
